Poke Bar - Seattle - Photo album

Everything was excellent. The ingredients were super fresh and the staff made great recommendations to us as first-timers. We even got a free miso soup! Would absolutely recommend!
Poké Bar was amazing! The poké was great, but the best part was definitely the staff. The staff here was amazing, and helped my parents with choosing what to get, since it was their first time having poké. I'd definitely recommend it!
Friendly and excellent staff. Fast line, great selection. Fresh and delicious. Compost friendly containers
Pretty good experience overall. Quick and ready to go food that's tasty.
I ate here nearly every day when I was working in Capitol Hill. Great food and employees.
Happened to stop by during the Capitol Hill Block Party, the Katsu Bar was not open but we did have poke. They allow you to build your own bowl, which takes some time but it's nice to have the customization option. Food itself was good, though I feel like I've had fresher poke elsewhere
Absolute best poke place in Seattle. I’ve tried em all. But the real 5 star goes to the owner, who is the nicest and most down to earth business owner I’ve met yet I Seattle. I know rent and politics is hard in this city, but I hope you succeed - cause you guys have the freshest lunch I can hope fo
I've been on a multi-year tour de poké bars in Seattle. It's a slow tour with many repeat stops just to check for accuracy. But I can say with high confidence that this is the best place for poké bowls in the city... hands down! Their pricing is incredible for their quality. Their "large" size has
This is my favorite poke place in all of Capitol Hill if not just for price, but also for all the amazing toppings. I love that you can get as many toppings as you want for the same price. The variety is amazing - corn, pineapple, jalapenos, onion, crab salad, seaweed salad, cucumber salad, etc. Th
First time eating here, the portion sizes were impressive, especially for the price. Trust me, you won't have to order the large bowl. Service was also very friendly, and effective. I reccomend.
If you're on Capital Hill and need a quick place to eat, this is it. The employees are always nice and the food is good. It's always hot and made well! You do have to buy at least two portions of katsu. I'm guessing to make it worth making in the kitchen? The only side note I have is that you h
YUM and YUM! I absolutely love this Poke spot, this is my second time eating here and I cannot wait to come back during my next visit to Seattle. I love how you can customize your bowl and everything is so fresh.
Staff is very friendly and poke is phenomenal
Ordered chicken katsu and pork katsu with cabbage salad and white rice. Katsu were great. Crispy and not dry. The cabbage salad dressing was only okay, too watery. It's pretty good value. I'd come back again the next time I'm feeling katsu.
