Better than a fast food burger for sure but not better than say a Red Robin's burger. Salads are great as well. Can be a pretty long line during lunch rushes but set up is very organized so the wait isn't unresonable unless you only have 30mins.
Mel's Market is a great location for lunch but beware of the massive lunch crowd. You'll find the rush starts at 11:45-12-30. If you come before or after those times, you can find shorter lines.
