Pagliacci Pizza

I guess I can’t say I’m surprised because we were visiting a friend and they said they liked this place a lot - one of their favorites in Seattle they said. Fantastic pizza! We ordered by the slice as there were a few of us who didn’t want to devote to one pizza. Got the seasonal special which was kind of a cheese burger pizza and a vegetarian option with ricotta and artichoke hearts. Super good and would definitely order them again! I’m a basic B that likes ranch but they only have that if it’s on a seasonal pizza. Instead I got the dressing used for the salad which is sort of a Dijon kinda ranch thing. Iono but it was also very good for dippings! Next time we visit our friend I will ask to come back. I don’t think you can go wrong here. Great staff and great pizza!

Always great service, for a “chain” pizzeria they have really figured out how to keep the quality high and consistent. No matter The location. I LOVE their pizza dough. Thin, slightly sweet, nice chew. I don’t usually eat pizza crust but theirs is different. My recent favorite is the SPR (sausage, pepp, ricotta), it it literally perfect, after adding chili flakes. My first love is the GRAND SALAMI PRIMO. I dare you to find better pizza. You may find other great pizza. But not better in this form.

Went in to grab a slice real quick around noon during lunch for work. Was super fast and easy and cheaper than a fast food place plus they had 3 or 4 different pizzas to choose from plus I'm sure like some signature salads or something as well but not 100% sure bcuz I didn't order that. Anyways its a great spot as far as it being quick n easy, cheap and good fresh pizza.

Can't say enough good things about Pagliacci Pizza. Stopped 11 am Monday for pizza to go, never been disappointed, best management ever! Pizza is always perfect, delicious. All employees polite, happy, always bring our pizza to car with a smile, the extra pleasant gentleman that brought our pizza to car so nice would brighten any one's day. Thank you Pagliacci!
