Jackson's Catfish Corner - Seattle - Photo album

Very generous and extremely tasty fish. The portion is the weak point. But the seasoning was amazing. Love their sauce is on point. Sadly didn’t get cornbread. The fillet needed more fish instead of breading. It was bomb, but still didn’t fill full. Tastes extremely fresh and quality. I especially l
My friend brought me to her local comfort food take out spot and we were greeted by the friendly owner who immediately offered us a sample of the corn meal coated catfish with tartar, and it was really very delicious. We ordered a full meal of a pound of catfish, some hush puppies and fries, and so
Claims to be the best catfish this side of the Mississippi, I think they are correct. The batter is crisp and the fish juicy and perfectly fried. The hush puppies have a great corn and onion flavor. The corn bread has a sweet corn flavor and more than that has a moist, buttery goodness. The tartar
Really good food all the way around. We had the Cajon Fillet and the Fillet and Fries. Both were very tasty and high quality. Friendly service at the counter. We will be back often. Making myself hungry just thinking about it.
I know this place is know for its fried food, but catfish corner express may honestly have the best raw seafood you can buy in Seattle... especially at these prices. And this stuff is FRESHHHHH I watched these guys bring everything in Everything is locally sourced and if you don't believe it the ow
Opened 4 weeks ago and so far its good. Their tartar is really good and must definitely try it.
Had some fried fish (whole catfish) here it was amazing! Comes with delicious cornbread.
I'm born and raised Seattle, my family is from Kentucky, my wife is from Georgia, Jackson's speaks to your soul. If it's your first time definitely try the sweet tea, hush puppies, and collared greens.
Dinner for four last night was delicious. We sat at one of the beautiful wood slab tables and enjoyed a ton of food, all of which was delicious. The catfish fillet, snapper, fillet sandwich, hush puppies, collards, and slaw are prepared perfectly. The seasoning is spot on. Catfish has never been one
Seriously the best catfish in the city! And, it has been for over 20 years. It's very exciting to see this young man take over his family's legacy. The recipe is unchanged; still the same great food that they've always served. And the addition of the new peach cobbler pie is wonderful. Good stuff.
Love love love the food. Fish is on point. Fries. The original tarter. Go try the prawns , burgers and gumbo
The closest thing you'll find to authenticate, delicious, deep-fried southern catfish and hushpuppies west of central Texas.
A real hidden gem! Catfish done well is surprisingly hard to find in the PNW. The place has a new owner who makes the (amazing) tartar sauce by hand. Decoration and interior is no frills, a good sign for fish joints. The fish was crispy outside, buttery soft inside without being mushy or overbreaded
I was expecting more flavorful catfish but the greens were good the cornbread is more like corn cake. The hush puppies were OK. They may forget some items so be sure to check. Staff was polite.
I'm from the Carolinas, this is delicious and cozy. Laid back with great fish fri. I'll have to cover back for the gumbo.
