If you're like me and know what you like, you won't be disappointed: the quality is consistently great. Best Pad Thai I've ever had. Now, if you want to try something new, don't be shy. The staff is knowledgeable and will talk you through each item. It's a Seattle gem. I believe Anthony Bourdain's staff frequented Little Uncle during their stay - now that's a statement.
Can't wait for the new restaurant to open! Keep it up!

Love the pad Thai. Controlling your own spice and sweet on it is a nice change of pace from the typical pad Thai in town.

Super tasty for a little walk-up! Don't come expecting cloth napkins, but do come expecting amazing Thai street food. The chefs will actually give you little packets of sugar, peanuts, peppers and tell you how to dope your dish up. DO NOT skip the pandan soda.

The water buffalo mussaman curry had perfect viscosity, not too thick, and was the best I've had in years; pad Thai is delicious as well, and the tongue buns melt in your mouth.
