OMG, literally the BEST french toast in Seattle! Actually one of the best French toast in the states, 5/5 ⭐️’s!
The flavor is immaculate! I’d say perfection, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce, ingredients, and texture are the perfect trio!
If you’re a French toast fanatic, add this one to your list as a must try! 😋
We had NY strip, pork, salmon, and a lasagna. We didn't have time to take most of our plates because we were so hungry. When our plate got on our table, we ate it all up. It was delicious! We had to call for reservations because we were a party of four. Our entree has a serving of asparagus and mashed potatoes.
Been here for brunch and dinner so many times. This place actually has great quality foods (not average hotel foods). I love their presentation so much, especially their breakfast/brunch menu. I’ve tried every single item on the brunch menu and they all tasted great and looked beautiful!
They also have the best frutti di mare (seafood pasta) and very yummy salads, which is on the dinner menu.
Came in on Mother’s Day for brunch and had a great experience! Our party of 10 was given a private dining room which was perfect for our kids to move around a bit. Service from Tim, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The staff even provided a tulip to each of the mothers, nice touch!
Food was excellent! Some of our favorites were the salmon Benedict, huckleberry French toast, and the special of the day: duck hash. Our compliments to Chef Mark and the kitchen team for an awesome meal!
Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Seattle and staying in the downtown area or even if you’re a local looking for a delicious brunch spot!
The empanada starters are excellent as were the wood fired steaks. Great cocktails. Great service. Surprised it wasn’t busier because it was worth a visit!
Arrived at my hotel, tired and hungry. I had no idea about the restaurant, Patagon, but it was close and looked inviting. It did not disappoint! Nicole, the restaurant manager, greeted me with a smile, Tyler and Alan at the bar were charming and made a couple of amazing coctails! The food was delicious! Smoked Caesar salad and lasagna hit the spot on a chilly, rainy evening. Sorry about only the after pic on the lasagna... it looked so good I dove right in! And it was a huge portion!
We stopped by Patagon for breakfast and had a good experience. The food was nothing special, but there was also nothing wrong with it either. Just about what you would expect from a hotel restaurant breakfast.
The service was great and the food came out very quick. The prices were average and the portions were fair.
Beautiful space, friendly service, fabulous drinks, and delicious, inventive food at this new restaurant in the Charter Hotel. Still some kinks to work out (they had been open 2 weeks on our visit) but any minor complaints (too long a wait between appetizer and entree, one of our appetizers was cold) are things easily corrected as the kitchen hits their stride. Chris, our waiter, knew the menu and wine list extremely well and was a total professional throughout the evening. The cocktails are superb (check out their "low ABV" selection - the Reverse Manhattan is a revelation) and the food was excellent. Don't miss the creamed corn (side dish) - to die for. We'll be back to try the steak.
Yummy breakfast with healthy options. Good service. Had the spring vegetable frittata, brisket hash, and grain bowl. We enjoyed our experience.
I am not sure I would truly call this an Argentina style steak house but ok. First, the wood grill produced some of the best tasting vegetables I have had in a while - five stars. My flank steak had a nice wood flavor but I prefer more charring. However, it was cooked perfectly to my specifications. Wine offerings were fine, but the cocktails were not very special even with gimmicks such as smoke infusion. Staff were pleasant as was the chef. I liked the restaurant but thought it needed alittle something to fall into that “special” category. Perhaps it’s trying to be too much of everything.
Great balance of flavor with a South American twist. Steaks come with chimichurri, potatoes and asparagus
Patagōn, an Argentinian restaurant, specializes in a rotating menu and different cuts of steaks. Their service is pretty good here, and their prices are a little above average, but you get delicious food and a good experience. Try to sit at the chef's table if possible so you can get good recommendations and views of the chef cooking. Carrots and avocados are good sides to pair anything with. Pretty much any steak cut is delicious, just ask your server what they think!
Despite the reviews online, we got the sirloin and we loved it. Asparagus, peppers and onions were really good. We split many of the dishes with a party of 4. Also had a good malbec. Food was saturated in flavor. I can see where people say it’s salty. If you’re sharing dishes and you don’t have too much of anything it’s a great flavor adventure. Service was great.
Been there a few months back. I’m from Argentina, and they are by far the most accurate Argentinian cuisine in Seattle. The waitress was amazing and they made us feel like home.
