Wonderful rolls and dishes, cozy atmosphere and an amazing staff that was trying really hard to be nice to our 15 month old. He just was too shy and was unhappy. But they were extremely nice !!

Had the Salmon Lover and Sweet Temptation roll. The Sweet Temptation roll (back of the picture) was one of the best I’d ever had, loved it!

Excellent experience here! The service is quick, the place is clean, the food is fresh. The sushi chef stopped by our table multiple times to chat and was very lively and fun to talk to. The sushi was delicious, and the service itself is fantastic even for counter ordering. This is a spot I plan on visiting every time I'm in Seattle in the future, I can't wait to return next time.

Omg.. this was epic. The sushi burrito was amazing with literally so many textures. There was this slight crunch but also not quite a lot. Hint of peanuty flavor, just amazing. Will definitely come back. The chef is amazing..

Great small counter service sushi spot. We had the Ninja roll, spicy salmon, shrimp tempura. All delicious. Served up by the chef himself! Yum!

USK is GREAT! Excellent product, service with a smile, very clean inside. We stopped for lunch and had the perfect meal for two. We will most definitely return!!

I'll be making sure that we visit this spot each time we are here in Seattle. The selection was on point, the service was really polite and nice. The food was delicious and fresh. The scallop Sushi Burrito was so tasty! If you are visiting the Westlake area do yourself a service and stop in here for some grub. You'll enjoy it!

Good sushi for takeout with a really nice bag, but the venue was dead (probably because they don’t serve alcohol yet). I love a good sushi joint with a good experience talking to everyone, and the ambiance here is still a work in progress. Problem is the prices reflect a nice venue like Umi Sake House or Momiji, but nowhere near the conversation.
End of the day, fresh fish here. I’ll be back only because I live close until they serve booze.
