Awesome food and service. I like the simplicity of ordering and the simple "dishes". The serving bowls convert into to go containers. Not Chinese food but really good creative dishes that are spot on with a mix of creative spices. Not a date night place and the bar is really loud but that just makes a fun place and we are in our 60s.
Holy tiki drinks and good luck kitties, this place is awesome. Quirky, tiny location with an attentive staff and mind blowingly delicious food. If you haven't stopped in you are missing a gem.
I go for the dumplings and end up eating the whole menu.
The BBQ pork is excellent. Dumplings are delicious. The noodle dishes are outstanding and the ingredients are fresh.
Maybe not the best egg rolls in the world, but even they are tasty.
As an added bonus the house cocktails are a lot of fun.
The people who work at NLT are always very friendly and the locals at the bar are good for a story.

I highly advise you go now! I was a little skeptical as my sister described her favorite local Chinese dive, but she didn’t come close to this hidden gem. Amazing food, out of this world ambiance/decor, and don’t skip the slushy drinks. Thinking of going back tomorrow. OH YEAH, get the dumplings!!!
What a fun little restaurant in the heart of West Seattle! I'm not sure if the owners are disco/funk era lovers, but the music and the vibe this place has going on are fresh. Loved the service, the food was succulent, and the drinks were on their game. There are so many places to check out in West Seattle and we are just getting started! We are relocating from Monroe and moving to West Seattle in the next couple of weeks. Can't wait to try all the great food, check out the local events that West Seattle community has to offer.

Pretty great place! I like the atmosphere but it may not be ideal for some. The food is good and a little salty. Salt and pepper ribs are excellent and the shrimp and pork fat dumplings are savory and spicy. Get there early because it can fill up quick in the later hours. Great place to catch up with friends and large selection of drinks to choose from

Super laid back bar in the back with quick service and good drinks. We went for drinks but ordered some food since it looked so good. Not disappointed. Place does fill up and it’s not huge. So there could be a wait. Fun night.
Thé food here is such an unexpected surprise. Soooo damn good and easily one of the best places I’ve eaten in Seattle. Drinks and cocktail menu is on point, super friendly and knowledgeable bartender and a swanky lil neon vibe. Will be coming here every time I crave Chinese food from now on!

BLUF: Cozy, intimate Chinese food restaurant with good drinks, even better food and enough oddities around the place to make you feel like you’ve left Seattle and have stumbled into a restaurant in the middle of Asia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have been meaning to check this place out for a while and it was worth the wait. The drinks list is an immediate hit with plenty of frozen concoctions, bar staples, and mix of standard Asian beers and local crafts.
The food was amazing. The shrimp and pork fat dumplings were by far the best. Great filler, but an even better mix of chili oils and fixings on top to supplement the dumplings. The honey pecan shrimp were fried perfectly and loaded with candied pecans and a perfectly sweet sauce. Their version of general Tso’s chicken was really good, but the fried chicken fell flat compared to the other fried food we ordered. Great Asian style chicken wings. Awesome spicy cucumbers to go with the larger plates. Wonderfully garlicky eggplant.
Will definitely be back to explore more dishes on the menu.
