El Diablo is a lovely neighborhood coffee shop with delicious coffee and great breakfast burritos. You can customize the proteins you want in your burrito as well as if you want veggies and/or potatoes, which is a really nice perk. It's a spacious location with additional seating upstairs and in the back of the venue, if you happen to be there on a nice day the upper area has a lovely balcony. The space does not have as much personality as the original El Diablo that was covered in vibrant murals but it brings in a little of the sass from that original shop. All in all a spot that I enjoy for getting some work done and enjoying a quality cup of coffee.

Whoa...this place is gorgeous. I used to go to El Diablo a lot when I worked in Upper QA several years ago. They moved to a new location and it is amazing! They are in a beautiful converted house with hardwoods, fireplace, banisters, tile, sky lights...and the coffee is still kickass. There is a patio out front and one upstairs in the back. Also, there is a room with books and toys for little ones. I am so impressed.

Adorable coffee shop here on Queen Anne Ave. I just moved into the area and initially tried this shop because of the pride and trans flags they have hanging outside. I'm so glad I did! The shop is inside of an adorable old house, the upper floor of which is an amazing co-working space with outdoor patio. Great baked goods (the coconut bread was amazing!) and fast service. Super cute local shop that I am excited to stop at more frequently!

Lovely space, sit outside or work upstairs. lovely staff, very informative, ask them anything. Great for food or coffee. Unique but comfortable options. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Oat milk available and house-made vegan donuts! Vegan sandwiches and empanadas too.

El Diablo has been a personal favorite for years, and although I don't live nearby anymore I still like to visit and enjoy one of their fantastic Mexican mochas whenever I get the opportunity. Always a treat!

This is the coolest house turned coffee shop you’ll ever go to. They’ve only been in this space since 2018, but they make it feel like it’s been their home for years. You can expect a wide variety of seating (I recommend sitting at the bar, but there’s plenty of study and lounge space upstairs). There’s a kids play area with tables as well. I got some really quality coffee and met some really friendly baristas. I’ll definitely be back!

A truly independent establishment worth spending time and money at. Healthy, house-made food options galore. Affordable yet quality coffee prices.Spacious multi floored venue with outdoor seating options in the front and the back. Top floor can even be reserved for events. A blessing in disguise happened a few months ago when they were forced to move from their long-time space a few doors down by the evil "Queen Anne Coffee Company" (which has absolutely no affiliation to the "Queen Anne Book Company" next door).

One of my favorite coffee shops to post up in and do some laptop things. Good coffee and breakfast/lunch food, including vegan quesadilla (so good I almost finished it before taking a pic). Laid back, relaxed vibe in neighborhood coffee shop.

Great coffee. Cute, private outdoor seating in the back. And open outdoor seating in the front. Buy and book (next door) and grab some coffee and relax!

Recommends trying the mocha, it is flavourful yet balanced. Appreciate the choice of dark vs sweet chocolate when ordering a mocha. A nice spot. When the front balcony is full, enjoy the serenity in the back terrace.
