My daughters and I have been dining at Varlamos Pizzeria for 2 years. One of my daughters and I went in there yesterday for lunch. Our server Paul is always there and he remembers our first order, we are surprised he still remembers.
The food here is amazing! That Ranch dressing with Garlic Bread tho!!! Lol
The Ranch dressing tastes like it's made fresh daily (finally a restaurant that doesn't have Ranch that taste like it's been in a bottle for a year or longer)! We also recommend the Chicken Parmesan.
Great pizza with just the right crisp in the crust. Good atmosphere and an awesome staff.

Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she passionately described the Tortellini Bella Peppa, a dish that transcended the boundaries of pasta perfection. With every heavenly bite, it felt like we were doing a little pasta dance with the Italian gods themselves.
But the feast didn't stop there! We indulged in the lasagna, meatballs, and the glorious Formaggio Calzone. Each dish delivered a symphony of flavors, leaving us speechless (and fork-full). The taste explosion was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece!

Awesome pizza! Don’t sleep on the Feta Sticks! Great place to meet some friends for some laughs, drinks and great food! It’s a regular stop for my gatherings with friends. It can get busy though for all the reasons I mentioned, so make sure you get a spot early.
I am always on bar side though, so I can’t speak to the other side, but I bet it’s just as rad as bar side, just less TV’s.
We had the best dinner here. Our server Anya was very sweet and helpful with the menu. The chicken Alfredo was so good and so was the Cesar salad and my son loved his pizza! We will be back soon.
Called in an order of calzones to go from the resto one evening on the way home. Hubby had a craving for the pesto, pine nuts and dried tomatoes calzone he used to have regularly from Varlamos - he said it was the best one of all the places he has tried. I ordered a meat calzone for the little kiddo.
The calzones both came with a side salad and our preferred dressing in a small container. The calzones were huge (each was good for two small adults) but my kiddo loved his so much he insisted that I give the restaurant 5 stars, and asked if he can have the left over the next day (he devoured 2/3 of the dish). I had the two salads (they were nice and crisp) while hubby guiltily ate all the pine nut calzone.
The calzones were made to order so we waited a while for the order but it was worth it.
So, five stars for the pizzeria as ordered =)
Love there pizza and drinks great service. They also donate to the children hospital. From coeur d'alene and come here for our daughters appointments. Such a great place to eat.
We LOVE the pizza at Varlamos. We've never been disappointed. My wife needs gluten-free and she loves their GF crust. We also love their house salad, which is loaded with mozzarella cheese. Good, quick service, sports on the TVs and a nice atmosphere.
Great sports bar, pretty decent pizza, but the highlight of the menu are the chicken wings.
Best pizza I've ever had! I live near Portland and this would be worth the 3hr drive!

Absolutely fantastic place! Great little pizzeria, nice decor, super friendly staff, and chill environment. They have a bar as well which is nice.
The main draw is the pizza! These pizzas are pan cooked, which means you get a slightly thicker crust. But not like Chicago style pan though, for those of you that remember godfather's from however many years ago, this brings back memories of that, which is a fantastic thing! And definitely a good deal, especially when compared with somewhere like pagliacci's!!
Varlamos is the best restaurant & bar in laurel hurst. Family owned and operated. Plus they help the community through sports sponsorships. Best pizza and best food for a fun get together.
