This is an out of this world type of experience in SoDo
Well thought out decor transports you to Cuba. Spacious bistro area in the front, with huge bar/parlor setting with dance arena and a stage for events
We enjoyed our El Cubano sandwich, and Palomilla ( thin sliced marinated steak) that came with wonderfully flavored Madurai’s (fried plantain) and Moros (soft rice & black beans)
Oh and the flan!!
Service is swift and attentive

Very big restaurant/ venue but the sandwich I ordered was lacking seasoning. The plantains were some of the best I've had in the Seattle area. Highly, highly recommend the plantains.

I’ve tried most of all the food options on the menu and they were all delicious! My goto item is the Puerco Asado! So so good!!

Super friendly staff and great food. We really enjoyed the flavor of the ingredients. It felt like a home cooked meal.

Great Cuban food. The bread used in their sandwiches is the perfect mixture of soft and crispy/flaky. The meats are well marinated. Fries are on point. Empenadas are filled with joy.
I hate marking them down at all, but it was packed today and they weren't ready. Made me late for a meeting.
Go here, eat, enjoy. You won't regret it.
