The place used to be Red Papaya, but now it is called COBA. I've been twice to the 'new' place and the food was great. One of those time we waited a little too long for the food, it was busy lunch time that day, I think. I'm attaching a picture of the new menu.

We are here from our of state and our bellhop recommend this place to us. It looks like a little pass over place. However stepping inside it is a nice and peaceful environment with a great and friendly staff. The beer is amazing and the food, while not the style would pick, also has great flavor and taste! The Zesty and Tangy wings are worth the trip.

One of our favorite stops in Seattle! Great selection of flavorful beers, with constantly rotating taps. Friendly bartenders will match you to the perfect drink. Reasonable food prices and awesome flavor, but a change to the menu downgraded their star item, Bahn Mi (Vietnamese sandwich). And for fans of word play, don't miss their collection of 'pho' puns to the left of the chalkboard menu in the bar area!

Good beer selection. Was kind of slow, but it was Sunday night, so to be expected. Barkeep waited to cash me out until happy hour started to save me money and recommended a nice espresso stout. Yumm. Now that is amazing service.

Had a bahn mi. Pretty good. Bread was slightly tough. Was with a large group. Only one of our orders was delayed. Otherwise, good experience. Friendly server. Hot food, relatively fast.

Fine for a beer. I went here cause everything else in the area was closing. I give a low rating because the bartender closed the kitchen just as I walked in. Not a big deal... but I would have appreciated a bit of flexibility for a side of fries

This is a really nice neighborhood place and I come here often when I'm doing something around the Seattle center. I've always had good service and the food is good too. Nice beer & cider list.

Best pho in Seattle in my opinion and I'm addicted to it so that's saying something. Have great beer selection unlike most of if not all of the other places in lower Queen Anne.

A favorite spot we keep coming back to. They've been working the menu, it seems, lots of great updates. Fun and delicious beer selection.

New menu is nice, but it missed a few staples from the old menu. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable about the beer selection, which is nice!
