The food and portions were so good! I got the shawarma plate, and my partner got the gyro plate. It's a cozy place inside; there are some benches outside too! The food was flavorful and super filling! I recommend this place; the owner is very kind and made me feel welcome!

Samir’s Mediterranean Grill is a must if you’re walking down University District. The Falafel plate was a vegan’s paradise! An interesting mixture of oval patties, pitas and salad. The light rail station is close by if you ever want to stop by again.

This little Hidden gem in the University District is a great place to get a great meal, loved the Gyro and fries I had. Just the right amount of meat, lettuce, and tomato. Fries were nice and crispy. Samir is so wonderful, the food is amazing! He goes out of his way to make sure Glenn free food is safe, and even hunters me free dessert sometimes. He's been there for almost 50 years for a reason!
The picnic tables outside add a nice touch. The food was probably overpriced for the target market (college kids), but it was good (not exceptional). The shawarma could have had more flavor and was a little dry. The lettuce tasted old. Still we enjoyed our meal.
