Shake shack never disappoints. Burgers are absolutely delicious. I love their lemonades. Service is a little slower than other shake shacks but it can be quite busy. My go to spot when I crave some smash burgers in Seattle.
This place is so good! I come here often with my friends to hang out and eat some delicious burgers. The food is amazing and the service is great. First time ever trying Shake Shack and I absolutely loved it. I loved every bite of it. I loved it so much I ordered again that sitting but a double patty one. It was also my first time trying milkshakes and that was alright. It was cool that their lemonades were refillable!
Visitor from BC and big fan now. First time trying Shake Shack and it was amazing at the Lake Union location. Food was tasty and restaurant was so clean and modern.

Customer service was top, very friendly young Guys work there. You can see how busy they are but still trying to be there for you.

Still my favorite burger that I must get if I ever get a craving and am in Seattle. I still can't find a burger like it. Need to get that stacked mushroom burger and their fries are also awesome. Need to try the milkshakes one of these days though
Shake Shack always maintains the quality of food. We had to wait around 20 minutes for our food, but it was worth the wait. Recommending the spicy chicken burger and cheese fries with ranch.
Love the food here. The staff always make me hate returning. They all seem to loathe their jobs, customers and any willingness to provide customer service.

Delicious Shake Shack burgers. Consistent taste and flavor with how a Shake Shack burger should be. I always get the SmokeShack with cherry peppers and it’s good. Would recommend if you like a good smash burger.
This was my first time going to a shake shack. The food was really good, I had a shake that was my caloric intake for about 3 days. Which means of course it was delicious and that my blood was like syrup after. A little expensive though.
Great fast food. Took a little long for our order and the bathrooms were really unclean. The food itself never disappoints. Food was great. First time at a Shake Shack. Got the chicken sandwich and asked the associate if they had any suggestions. Super friendly and accommodating. Excited to share what they liked. Quick. Everything was delicious and looked pretty... Which is nice. Would def go back again
