Shake shack never disappoints. Burgers are absolutely delicious. I love their lemonades. Service is a little slower than other shake shacks but it can be quite busy. My go to spot when I crave some smash burgers in Seattle.

This place is so good! I come here often with my friends to hang out and eat some delicious burgers. The food is amazing and the service is great. I definitely recommend for everyone to come here at least once in a lifetime, trust me you won't regret it. Also I like that if something goes wrong with an order they are quick to replace it and make sure your are satisfied. Thank you!

First time ever trying Shake Shack and I absolutely loved it. I loved every bite of it. I loved it so much I ordered again that sitting but a double patty one. It was also my first time trying milkshakes and that was alright. It was cool that their lemonades were refillable!

Visitor from BC and big fan now. First time trying Shake Shack and it was amazing at the Lake Union location. Food was tasty and restaurant was so clean and modern. Excellent service, lost my glasses and the team helped to find them and go beyond by helping ship it back to me. Much appreciated, big shoutouts to Tim G. and Margo! Will be back soon.

We had a great experience. Customer service was top, very friendly young Guys work there. You can see how busy they are but still trying to be there for you. Food is 10/10… burgers, fries, beer was nice too btw. You order on your own which is very cool compared to Vancouver BC lol Will definitely come back.

This was our first time going there. The staff was very nice and have my wife a flat of ice water when she was feeling faint. The got one of our orders wrong, but promptly fixed it. The store was clean and the food was flavorful. The only caveat was the portions. They were very small for the high cost. It was expensive burgers that left us hungry afterwards. They were tasty.

Still my favorite burger that I must get if I ever get a craving and am in Seattle. I still can't find a burger like it. Need to get that stacked mushroom burger and their fries are also awesome. Need to try the milkshakes one of these days though

Shake Shack always maintains the quality of food. We had to wait around 20 minutes for our food, but it was worth the wait. Recommending the spicy chicken burger and cheese fries with ranch.

Love the food here. The staff always make me hate returning. They all seem to loathe their jobs, customers and any willingness to provide customer service. Zero tips for these people. Good food. Good drinks.

Delicious Shake Shack burgers. Consistent taste and flavor with how a Shake Shack burger should be. I always get the SmokeShack with cherry peppers and it’s good. Would recommend if you like a good smash burger.
