My friend and I stopped in here on a whim, or maybe it was the cool sign. The food was delicious and the drinks we very well made. It is now on my list of places to visit again when I am in Seattle.

Fun bar with Asian inspired bites and creative cocktails. Really enjoyable overall. I had the blackberry gin drink and it was delightful. Food came out quick as well. It was busy, but there were still places to sit outside.

This is a cool bar. It’s got a steampunk vibe to it and some pretty great dumplings. Drinks were very innovative and good. I had the Lantern of the Deep. We came on a weekday and it seems like there are a lot of old-timers - the bartender knew a lot of them by name and was chatting them up. She also was clearly passionate about her drinks. This bar stands out to me as being one of the more down-to-earth places in Capitol Hill. Highly recommend!

Excellent dumplings by big dumpling energy! They smelled so good I forgot to take a picture. They have plenty of protein pieces inside, which is a welcome change from the usual veggie dumplings. The Korean style mushroom wings were good too, they could do with a little less sweetness. And skip the aioli, there's enough fat on the plate already. The breading coating was great, it didn't fall off. Go for happy hour! Dumplings are 6 for 6.

Wonderful spot to stop for some bites and drinks. We enjoyed ALL of the dumplings. Get the Orange Chicken.

The cocktails are great, cool vibe and above all the food is unusually good. I’ve had the sliders, fried chicken and mushrooms (def try the mushrooms) and other stuff and it’s all delicious. I had the stuffed persimmon once when it was on the specials menu and get sad when I realize I can’t have it whenever I want. Bring back the persimmon! I tell everyone about it.

Corvus and Company sure knows how to make a good cocktail. I found their manhattens and old fashionds to be made in a classic no-fuss manner. Both were stiff and delicious! However, the happy hour dumplings were extremely lackluster. The dough tasted stale reminiscent of a microwaved concoction. In short, come for the drinks and get dinner elsewhere. The fried chicken was nice though.

Corvus is great. It’s got the energy of a chill dive but the presentation and menu of a nice cocktail bar. Unpretentious and beautifully executed. That combo is just perfect as your first spot of the night, the last stop, or the destination for the whole friend group. The people working here are always lovely. The bartenders know what they’re doing and love to experiment on seasonal cocktails. You can always order a classic cocktail and know it will come out pretty perfect. I love how the food changes, right now it’s dumplings. The Korean fried oyster mushrooms are so good! Great bar snacks.

Good place with a good vibe, place and surrounding reminds me on Europe Amsterdam. As a smoker the fact that you can smoke outside in Corvus patio was a pleasant asset, I grabbed a chair, more like a bar chair and a beer and had a good time chatting with my friend. There is a bit of cosy and gothic spirit in the same time considering bar style

This place was cool, the drinks were great, food was good. Unfortunately they were understaffed so it took a while to get our food. The group of us were patient and having fun so it didn't bother us, but it did take too long. I really liked the Lamb Burger the best and the Vodka Gimlet! I'd come here again
