Good coffee spot with ample amount of seating. Coffee/drink pricing goes from $4-7. Good tasting and straightforward as coffee can get. Minimal food selection as snacks ie) banana bread like items.
I go here often to study, it’s a great place to work or have a coffee date. Coffee is the best in Seattle, if you need caffeine I highly recommend any coffees here because you actually feel the caffeine and can have your coffee made any way you’d like.
This place reminds me of what Starbucks must have been like before it was cool. Although it is part of a chain (Seattle Coffee Works), one gets the sense that you could actually sit here and write your screenplay just like everyone at Starbucks dreams of doing.
I stopped while cursing the Ballard Farmer’s Market in need of a coffee. I think this place is probably most busy during the Saturday market and, although the line was long, it did move quickly. I just got a cappuccino with skim milk but the baked goods and breakfast sandwich he’s looked fantastic.
I get the sense that this is one of the more touristy locations, what with the coffee and apparel for sale. While that doesn’t stop the coffee from being really good, it might make it a bit overpriced. Don’t go to Starbucks in Seattle, go to Coffee Works!
This is a great place to have a coffee and work, they have free WIFI and space for your laptop.
Their coffee is great, I had the Drip coffee and you could tell they had Ethiopian beans in there.
Love the different locations of the Seattle Coffee Works network and this one is no different! Coffee is on point - the mocha is coffee forward and not too sweet, just the way I prefer! The interior is spacious with plenty of tables to sit and relax with a book. Lots of people working in the cafe too - the environment is conducive to getting good work done! The baristas are friendly and super nice - special mention to them for getting my name right on the first attempt :)
Good coffee spot. Quick service and friendly staff. Regular varieties. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. Snacks are expensive. Small Blueberry muffin cost $6.50. Street parking can be hard to find but there is a 3 minute parking just outside the shop just enough time to grab a drink.
The almond croissant is amazing, try it.
Matcha latte was great too!
Quintessential Seattle coffee with strong coffee and indie rock music in the background. We went around 4:30 PM on a Saturday and it was quite full. Lots of people on their laptops, a few socializing - creating a more studios, work-oriented atmosphere. The Cappuccino was decent, much less milk than other local shops, but it was still ok. With several options close-by, I wouldn't rank this the top choice, but it's a good choice overall.
Delicious coffee! Fast and friendly service and the blueberry Scones are super tasty. It was really busy but you can still find seating without much trouble. Way better than Starbucks!
I begin almost every day with their drip coffee and often return in the early to mid afternoon for a latte. Really good coffee and fantastic staff. Highly recommend.
