I had an overall great experience with Einstein Bagels! Relatively affordable especially for a college student. I got a bagel sandwich for breakfast and it exceeded all good expectations!

2023 Second Update: Back up to four stars, as the sandwiches have improved, but the coffee supply is inconsistent. We still love going to this place! Nice staff, as always.
2022 Update: Had to downgrade to three stars, as the last two to three times I went, the sandwiches were wrong or over-peppered. One even had a chunk of avocado on it, that wasn't supposed to be there. I'm allergic and had to toss that chunk of the sandwich. I think some of the workers may need more training on what the sandwiches contain, because it's ruining our experience and we love going there, friendly staff.
One of the better Einstein chains I've been to. Employees are always friendly and the drip coffee is always delicious.
(By the way, you honestly can't compare a bagel chain to a coffee shop, they're two entirely different things.)
Sandwiches are usually consistent, but always delicious!

Always been a fan of Einstein Bagels but this time didn’t impress me too much. My vanilla latte was just okay, and the Farmhouse Breakfast Bagel was good but nothing too impressive. Something about the bacon was weirdly TOO crispy, I actually thought I was biting on plastic on the first bite, then realized it was bacon. Wasn’t bad, it just kind of threw me off. Overall it was good, but I definitely want to try their other sandwiches next time to find my favorite!!

Went in and tried the farmhouse bagel. Order was ready quick despite other orders in progress. Loved the pepper shmear, though I think for the price they could go one egg more then usual. The spread kinda drowned out the egg. The cheesy hashbrowns bagel it was on added a good flavor and texture compliment with a good aftertaste.

One of the best bagels I have ever eaten.
Plenty of turkey, salad and mayo.
Drink was good
Staff were friendly and helpful and displayed a big sense of humour
Definitely worth a visit if in the area and only 10 minutes from the Space Needle.
If you go on a saturday you can spend some time at the South Lake Union Market.

Very good bagels. I had the Florentine bagel that's baked with spinach and cheese. It's soft and savory. I got lox (smoked salmon) on cream cheese with it, it comes with capers and purple onion. I had to ask them to remove the tomato. It's a great combination. They don't cheap out on the fish or cream cheese. Everything tastes fresh and it was a very tasty way to start the morning.

(1/18/2021) Updated with a photo. Return visit, as good if not better than our initial visit! Yummmy! (First time in review) Sorry no photo's, I ate my Nova Lox much too quickly! We are just back from NYC, experiencing bagels from Zucker's and I must say, Einstein Bros. is right there in the running for BEST BAGEL I have EVER Eaten! The young lady who took care of us on the front counter was a whirlwind and energy and extremely efficient through-out! We gabbed a couple of breakfast bagels, another half dozen for home, add two latte's and we were on the road back up to Fairhaven. We shall return!

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Quick service. Quality ingredients. But, the bagel in and of itself is just not outstanding. Can't give 5 stars to a bagel place if the bagel isn't great.
