One if our first stops in Seattle. We loved the vibe and location of this cantina. The highlight of our dinner had to be the happy hour margaritas. Each of then had their unique taste and style. The only bummer during our stay had to be the tacos. They were light on the ingredients and lacked filling. I was also not a fan of the store bought tortillas. The flavor was good but lacked that warm and tasty homemade tortilla flavor. Overall I would go back but I hope they upgrade their tortillas porfavor.
Great patio for a Saturday brunch. Super tasty margaritas, kids menu has a good variety for the little ones, and the mains for the adults are incredibly tasty.
Outstanding, creative and delicious elevated Mexican cuisine in a very interesting space. Get the queso fundido to start and the chili relleno. You really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.
Definitely one of the best happy hours on Greenwood. The scratch margarita is freaking delicious! I feel like the recipe for the street tacos changed recently, not necessarily for the worse though. The wings are a wonderful sticky, spicy, meaty treat that you should absolutely treat yourself to while sitting on the patio.
The food was wonderful. I moved to Seattle from New Mexico and was having a hard time finding good Mexican food. This really made a new benchmark from me. The food was seasoned beautifully and didn't rely on the sauces for flavor but was complemented by them. I ordered enchiladas with red and green sauce and both were amazing. This is definitely my new favorite Mexican restaurant.
Really delicious food! Good options for street-style tacos, tasty margaritas. As restaurants go, the menu is a bit small, and they are a bit more expensive than some other Mexican food places, but they are delicious. Atmosphere is good for dates! ;)
Very good local favorite, with solid Mexican fare and a lovely, neighborhoody atmosphere. Go for the Happy Hour. We are regulars and the staff here are super friendly, they even know our names. The Fried Chicken is phenomenal, and I'd just tell them to lighten the salsa for my taste. Don't miss their drinks either. The frozen marg is a treat in the summer.
We went here for happy hour and had some very yummy margaritas for a great price. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. Many private tables as well as bar seating and large TVs playing the game. We did not try the food however so I cannot speak to that, other than it smelled delicious.
This Mexican restaurant on Greenwood Ave was a treat. The chips and salsa are both made in-house and though it's $4, well worth it. The food was great and came out in a timely manner piping hot. Service was fast and very friendly. Dinner and a beer came to around $25 each. Great date spot. Stop on by for some tasty foods!
Hecho is a nice spot. From the get-go the house-made tortilla chips are gonna be the end of your preconception of eating modestly coming here. The margs are great, beer selection is good and cold. I enjoy their selection of house salsa as well.
They’re not necessarily re-inventing the wheel with their faire but it is executed well enough. The price point is leaning on the higher side but the venue and atmosphere is enough to justify the prices.
