My favorite sandwich shop, and quite possibly favorite place ever to eat. I always am forcing all my friends to come up to Seattle with me to try it, and they always leave super impressed! The Caribbean roast is a staple, and I get it any chance I get. I have been going to Paseos since 2009, and it's always consistent and delicious.

In Sodo, and need a hearty sandwich? This is the place. I did what every millennial PNWer does and stumbled upon a picture on social with the intention of going here someday. Fast forward a year later, and I finally went - eastsider problems - and now I have regrets. I regret not visiting sooner! The Caribbean sandwich and fries are worth the wait in line, trust. Also, you're gonna need a lot of napkins. 😉 😋

My to-go place for dinner whenever there's concerts in the area. Ordered at the front entrance, and the rest is self-served! Love the vibe! I got the shredded pork Plato. It definitely hit the spot! Don't forget the cocktail, too!

We were too hungry to get pics before digging in. Food was good and my drink was great. The outdoor seating was nice. The inside looks like it was a converted diner. I got the blue Hawaiian, Caribbean bowl with pork, tostones, and Caribbean fries. I would recommend all of it! 😋

I don't know what happened to the quality of food. I got their Famous Caribbean Roast. And it was ok. It was not the same as before. Full of flavor, it was not. And the Paseo Jambalaya was a complete miss. Was so bland I just threw it away.

What a find! You want Caribbean food, this is it. Stumbled on to Paseo on our way to a game. Everything was made fresh to order the wings, pork belly sandwich, and salads all delicious. Try one of their delicious margaritas. Service was awesome, and we all enjoyed the patio with games. If you have time before a game, be sure to give them a try. Prices are pretty good, too.

Just an unreal sandwich. At first it appeared a little greasy and messy but the meat is to die for and I found myself picking up any little bit that had fallen out. I was sad when I finally finished everything. It was perfect post ballgame and it was only 10min away. Was happy to see that it wasn’t too busy after the conclusion of a matinee, I guess because it was before 5pm.

Visited with a family friend/large group here after a graduation at the nearby T-Mobile Center. Food was terrific and so was the service. We arrived just as it opened and the staff handled the walk in and mobile orders efficiently and quickly (and with a genuine smile, which is always a plus in my book). The staff was kind enough to let us invade a large dining area to the rear. I had the Steak and Swiss sandwich with fries while another family member munched on a quseadila. Will visit again if Im in the area.

Outside looks run down, food is good. Ordered sandwiches (Pork and chicken thigh). The 1 was a bit soggy but tasty. They were able to do adjustments on spice level so I got extra spice. Fries were good, well seasoned. The sauce is tasty.
