The food is fantastic. Lunch deals are best. I went in there for lunch got an entree + soup + roll for ~$12. The ingredients were fresh, especially chicken, celery seemed too good. This place is such amazing value for money, i would highly recommend.

This restaurant serves amazing Asian cuisine. We ordered one of the chef special dishes, which was braised prawns in hot chili sauce. We also ordered garlic ribs and pork fried rice. Every portion of the meal was incredible, the braised prawns in hot chili sauce and pork fried rice were noteworthy. The service at this restaurant was outstanding, our server was extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cute little Chinese restaurant that offers gluten free options! I had the honey pecan prawns and they were delicious and a perfect lunch portion!

Always looking for something that wakes up the “old, familiar” foods. Chef Liao does it! The flavors are delicate and perfectly blended. I will definitely be back.

great quality food. We ordered wonton soup, chicken fried rices, egg rolls, and Thai curry. All were excellent. Great location. I’m sure we will be ordering many more times!

It's a family run business. When we went in we could see so many takeout orders waiting for pickup. We had a party of 10 and the fish dishes, noodle dishes, meat dishes & veggies were great. The service was excellent & friendly. Sadly the block is being redeveloped into a hotel so the restaurant needs to find a new space to lease. Hope they can find a place so they can keep in serving great food.

Whenever we're in the neighborhood we stop by here. It's good Chinese food for what it is... they are vegetarian friendly and will accommodate accordingly. The exterior looks like a dive especially since its next to a vintage antique 2nd hand store... But the interior is surprisingly pleasant... Modernish... If there was one word to describe Chef Liao’s it would be - Authentic. With it being just down the road from the Woodland Park Zoo it makes for a delicious end to a family day/date day. Chef Liao cooks in an open layout kitchen for all to see him work his magic. You can hear him chopping up the veggies and throwing them into the wok. If you’re looking for some great food, atmosphere, and price Chef Liao’s is the place to go! PS: the lunch special is a great option if you’re looking for a full meal for less than $15 (main course served with steamed rice, soup, and egg roll or chicken wing all for $9.95-$10.95)

Exactly what you want in a Chinese restaurant. Good food, fast. The family that runs it is warm and really attentive.

Fantastic place, will definitely be back!! Lunch specials were a great deal and perfect amount of food. Staff was super friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Menu is super extensive -- they really had a *ton* of options, something for everyone for sure and I can't wait to try more of it. Great vegetarian options, though I couldn't resist the honey walnut shrimp, which was excellent, and my friend ordered the broccoli beef, which was incredible. Atmosphere is also lovely, very cozy. Food came out quickly and was delicious!
