Very cool spot for some tasty Mexican in Queen Anne. Great interior and interesting menu (contemporary Mexican dishes) - was pretty low key vibe as we were there for lunch but would be super cool on a packed evening as they have a great bar set up.

Delicious food. 😋 Definitely recommend it. 👌 Expect to wait, but that just means they're popular.

Stumbled upon El Mezcalito on Yelp! We ordered chips and guac, asada tacos, and tacos al pastor. The chips and guac were pricey at $10, but the chips were so good! Piping hot! Tacos were good as well. They have a salsa bar in the back. The space is huge. We came for lunch and it was relatively empty. Parking was a bit difficult to find. Shoutout to Raul for taking care of us that day. Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!

A trip to Oaxaca has been planned but we couldn't wait several months to try Oaxacan food. This place did not disappoint. Worth the 35-minute drive. We had the mole and a flight of mezcal. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful service, great selection of mezcal and traditional tequila, and tasty food! We enjoyed the mole and chile rellenos. They have nice outdoor seating with small fire pits on the table.

The real deal for Mexican food. Great quick service and delicious food. We had Carne Asada plate and the Mole with pork. Both delicious along with a beer and margarita. Prices are very reasonable. So glad we chose this place plus Queen Anne has a great vibe. Were luck to catch the farmers market as well and top off our meal with a piece of pie.

The drinks are strong and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The molé was honestly the best I've had, but the pork that our server recommended was dry and overcooked. Also, the servings were a bit smaller than we had expected. However, it seems very authentic and it was enjoyable.

Yummy Mexican food. I looooved the watermelon margarita which they only have in this season. I also had a Picosa margarita but that wasn't my fave. I ordered a Chile relleno and it was delicious. It didn't feel greasy and it came with rice and beans which were also very good. My mom ordered the Tinga Tostadas and I tried them and wow, super tasty.

I love finding places with Mezcal margaritas! This one was delicious! Their chips are fresh and warm. Their guacamole is refreshing and not overpowering in any sense. I had the gringas oaxaquenas, and the flavors were amazing! The flavor and spice of the bbq pork was perfect match with the quesillo, pico, and salsa verde! If I lived here this place would be in my regular rotation.

Luckily it's still open for takeout and delivery. I love the taste of the black beans included as a side. Tamales are extremely good. Also pozole is great for those days you want a warm soup.
