Enjoyed birthday dinner here. Food was prepared well and a good value for the price. Pork shank was tender and flavorful, very pleasing. No one had complaints. Service was good. It's a big place that was mostly empty on Tuesday evening, so ambiance was lacking. Would definitely try again.
I'm a FareStart fan, for all they do and how they transform lives.
I'm also a foodie.
Maslow's is my dream come true. The food is amazing AND it's helping people. I would truthfully come here and recommend it as a foodie even if it wasn't having such a positive impact on the community, which it is. The ambiance is beautiful and so far people don't know about this gem for it to have a wait either.
Only downside is beware that it closes early (at 9) during the week.
What a great experience... I loved the food, the service, and the presentation was amazing. I will definitely be bringing my wife here. The only complaint I have is they make their coleslaw using mayonnaise, and it's kind of heavy. I didn't expect to like it this much.
Food was good, and has a very nice atmosphere. Be ready for the 20% Gratuity though... Also service was pretty slow but they might have been understaffed. I had the chicken bacon sandwich which was very good. Wife had the steak salad which was better than my dish.
Beautiful place! Food was decent and little on the expensive side. The cauliflower was delicious. Crispy salmon skin was not crispy and was little dry.
Good for lunch! Place looks more expensive than it is :) Greek salad 13$ + steak 8$ - sooo tasty! Stole some fish&chips from 2nd plate - also amazing! Payed 55$ in total for 2 meals and 2 drinks including graduty. I'm fan of FareStart and very glad they've opened new place in Amazon nest.
In an open and welcoming space with exposed brick and some cozy banquets, Maslow's serves up super tasty food and drink with a side of philanthropic feel-good! Although there was a small hiccup in service at the beginning of our meal, the staff went above and beyond to make the rest of the our night incredible.
We started with the cucumber/melon salad that had just the right amount of savory feta crumble and zesty chili pepper. That went very well with the warm roasted carrots with pistachios. For our entrees, we enjoyed the crispy chicken katsu sandwich and the fresh and flavorful blackened salmon sandwich. Both came on decadently delicious buns-- yum! The side of fries and side of corn chowder were great, too, making a hearty meal for a really good price. We ate so much we didn't have room for dessert, but next time we'll find room for the Nutella pie.
Great hospitality and great food, plus it benefits the nonprofit Farestart!
I recommend it for small private dining events, too-- the cute private dining room comfortably holds at least 15, and I bet they could put some smaller tables together for bigger groups in the main dining room.
Delicious food, tasty drinks, friendly staff, and beautiful space!
Very good food! We went for a team lunch so we got to try a good selection of appetizers and desserts. The Bash burger was well prepared and was moist and delicious. The blue cheese added a punch of flavor. In addition to the food, the service was spot on. The interior is also charming and very well decorated and adds to the ambiance.
The food truly was delicious! I had the cheeseburger and the potato soup, and both were very tasty. The food for the other members of my party looked equally delicious and my husband's lamb chops were divine. Overall a very nice experience.
