Nice clean food hall Premier Meat Pies has some very tasty pies - green hatch chili peppers & chicken was as good as curry pie. Draft & bottled beers, sodas & water too.
No wait time to order or receive our order.
I would return. To have these pies again.
Served with paper plates & plastic cutlery.
We got two shepherds pies to go. They are a perfect size for a large snack or small meal. They were delicious with a small kick of spices. The ingredients were clearly fresh with much flavor in the peas and carrots. How they created this to be something you can hold while you eat, similar to a burger, is beyond me. Excellent!
As an Australian travelling in the US I was a little disappointed in the shepherds pie, sausage rolls and tomato basil soup.
Shepherds pie didn't have filling gravy that is iconic to Aussie meat pies was also well over peppered for my tastes and what I'm used to. Crust wasn't flaky, I generally assumed it was bought here rather than hand made or even bought from Aus 🤷🏽♀️
Sausage roll was generally tasty filling was great but also over peppered to what I'm used to which made it hard for me to enjoy. Loved the pastry though. Perfect pastry.
Tomato Basil soup taste was there but it has things in it that hard and stick like. (See photo) Also something I've never encountered. I've been around food and kitchens all my life. Most of my family are chefs and bakers and I've worked front of house for over 12 years.
Yukon Gold Mash potatoes Loaded, was perfect little chunky for my liking but flavour was excellent.
The taste was all there, slight tweaks and it would be more appealing and like home. I'd come to the area just for food if that was the case. Overall good effort. But made me miss home more.
I know it's a whole other country making all these... Guess I got my hopes up for a little taste of home.
3/5 for the pie and sausage roll
2/5 for the tomato basil soup
5/5 for the mash 🥰
This place is amazing! We had the the Guinness beer stew pie and the cherry-berry pie. Both were hot, fresh and sooo good! Sarah our waitress was super friendly and kind. Overall an amazing experience and amazing food. MUST VISIT while in Seattle, you won’t regret it.
Despite having a Seattle Kraken game and Alice Cooper concert last night at the Seattle Center the services was very fast, we ordered two #1 combo (choice of pie, sides and non-alcoholic drink) around 5:50pm and got our order around 6pm. I got the Guinness Irish Stew Pie and Minted Pea Bacon Salad with a Coke. Pie filling was fantastic and crust real flaky, the salad was great! Will definitely be back eyeing their Tillamook 5 cheese Mac n Cheese pie.
Located inside the armory. Quick meals in pie form. Had the chicken and it was tasty, however; it did taste as if it had been under the heat lamp for a bit. Will probably return to check out the sweet pies.
Had the Guinness Irish Stew and Loaded Mac & Cheese pies with the large Salted Tater Tots. Good value for being at the Seattle Center Armory. $7 for each pie, and the tots were delicious. A good change of pace from a burger or sub.
Visited Seattle to do the normal tourist traps and each visit we grabbed lunch at the armory and both days my sister and I chose Premier Meat Piea. NO REGRETS. We tried the Mac and cheese pie, the Curry Lamb pie, sausage roll and the loaded tots/mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great, my sister especially liked that they used real chedder and bacon on the tots/mashed potatoes. Both visits we were waited on by the same guy and he was super friendly! He even remembered that my sister didn't like sour cream on her tots. It's always awesome to encounter friendly staff even better when they remember you! Definitely a must for future PNW trips!
The Guinness Beef Stew Pie was really good. Service was fast and friendly.
Really good British pies, ordered steak and mushroom, and curry lamb with gravy topper, both were excellent
