Great place for a group! Really excellent service and delicious food. Nice setting on the 2nd floor, especially with a window table. We ordered the all you can eat menu and were very pleased with the variety and quality of the food. Favorites were the chicken, lamb, beef, all the various mushrooms, spinach, and broccoli. The potatoes and dumplings were good, too. Highly recommend!

A new dining experience. A mix of Mongolian Grill, the Boiling Point and Benihana, except you are the chef. In the center of your table is a hotplate for bringing your soup base to a boil. You choose finely sliced meats (beef and or lamb), fish, prawns, mussels, pot stickers etc. that you will put into the soup base. Cook a little at a time or throw it all in at once. I preferred to do a little at a time. The combo plate for $30 is enough for three people. Friendly staff. Plan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

It is a great place to have a heavy lunch/dinner with friends and talk about everything. The hot pot has lots of options and variety of sauces to try with. The location is so close to UT that it is ideal place to be once in a while. One should try it out with friends.

Good quality food and good service for an all you can eat type place.  Large dining area (2 floors) and overall fun place for a small or large group

came here for dinner with a small group, and was my first hot pot experience, and it was a pretty good one.  They give a very large selection of items to throw in the pot to cater to even the most picky of eaters.  It was a lot of fun, and for the price paid (avg $25 per person) I felt I got good value.  Their version of kimchi was a high point for me.  I had to dock them a little for the service as they weren't that intuitive, and took them a while to fulfill requests made through the meal.

If you get the combo deals or use the coupons, this place is pretty worth it. Everything else seems a bit overpriced. I really liked the broth; it was really tasty, even though it was on the salty side. Pretty enjoyable place to eat with a group of people, and can serve people different tastes/diets (vegetarian and meat, or spicy and non spicy) since the pot has two compartments for different broths.

We had the combo for 4-5 people, and it was actually more than enough for 5 of us. We had the regular soup base, but another option is the spicy soup base, or half of each. We had vegetarian prob on one half and meat on the other. There was ample vegetables and meat, along with seafood. The combo also comes with fried rice and skewered meat.

I have walked by this place lots of times but never went in for some reason, finally did and wow what a great deal for some delicious hot pot. We came with 5 people and got the 4 to 5 person combo and it was more than enough food for all of us. We got a little bit of everything on the spread, and the combination hot and spicy and original broth. I really enjoyed the selection of items to put in the broth as well great for large groups of people , I will be back for sure!

The weather's been a little rainy in Seattle lately so we wanted hot pot for lunch!  I had never gone out for hot pot, having just experienced it at home.   Hot pot's been around for 1000 years, originating in Mongolia.  The concept is that you start with a bowl of hot soup which is warmed on a burner in the center of the table.  Next you take your raw meats and veggies and cook them in the soup.  Then just ladle the food onto your plate and enjoy!  We ate at Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot in Chinatown.  The service was a little spotty, they forgot our drinks and waited until almost the end to bring our fried rice.  But I enjoyed the ambiance and look of the restaurant, located upstairs in the old Ocean City restaurant.  I really liked the water feature upon entering and the sage colors were welcoming and relaxing.  The fire place on the wall also added to the calming atmosphere.  We ordered the $29.99 combination that feed 3-4 people and it came with beef and lamb, seafood, veggies, pot stickers, and rice.   It was fun cooking the food tableside and anytime I can get a unique and authentic experience right in Seattle, I'm happy.

I love that there is one of these in Seattle now.   They took over an older, bigger chinese place and while it seems much smaller, the floors look greatly updated.

The menu is vast, and you can choose a variety of meats, shrooms and veggies to dunk and cook.   The all you can eat only allows you two passes to order, so do it up right.

I'm a fan of the potatoes (sounds weird, huh) and the cellophane noodles, which can be hard to eat.   But there is enough to choose from that everyone can be fine here.

People complain about service, but you have to expect that for the type of place that you are at.   Some of the staff are pretty cold and they mess up on what you order every now and then.

We tried this restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. You need the full party to be seated. The waitlist function worked well for us, but parking is difficult in the neighborhood. There used to be a choice you must make before seating - all you can eat or regular menu. We choose regular menu but I heard a lot of people choosing the all you can eat option. The server took our order. She did not make recommendations or explain how the system works. We’ve been to other similar restaurants so we figured it out. The meat was good quality. The soup bases were flavorful. The sauce bar included appetizers and desserts. It rounded out the meal.

I ate twice with my wife at Happy Lamb in the International District (Chinatown). The first time, it took us an hour to get seated. We got sliced lamb instead of beef. So, our entire hot pot tasted gamey. What's worst is we kept getting the wrong items and more lamb. It was an awful experience. They seem to miss something. Either the order didn't get input correctly, or the kitchen staff did not get it right. That was my initial reaction to our first dining at Happy Lamp. The second time we dined at Happy Lamb, it took about 20 minutes to wait. The wait was good. We got seated, got our water, and we placed our first round of order. It took about 25 minutes, and the meat came, but we never got any veggies. I asked Feng and then Vincent to check. They both said it was coming. Vincent finally went to check on the veggies after we got done eating the first round of meat. That was about 25 minutes later. They also missed the bean curd, oyster mushrooms, and fried tofu. We had to ask them periodically about the missing items. The two gentlemen tried, but I wish they got it right for me for once so I don't have to keep asking for the missing items. All in all, I'm giving this restaurant four stars because of the abundance of food despite the hit-and-miss.

A perfect place to go for traditional chinese hot pot. The food here is incredible, especially the lamb meat. The thickness of the cut and the quality of the all the meat are top notch too, I can taste the juiciness and the seasoning of the meat. I'd recommend getting the all you can eat option here, so you can get the full experience of the food. Their interior is well designed, and you can get a free tea at the front desk while waiting to be seated. Expect to get the type of service you get at a regular Chinese restaurant. You can park at their parking lot or street parking around the area.

Amazing all you can eat hot pot experience. Each pot is divisible into two different broths. You get three rounds to order, but the portions given are relative to how many people you have. Great selection of stuff and succulent grapes

Too much food!! This was my first time here, and it was a very good experience. Came as a party of 3. We had so much food left over. They bring the food fresh to the table and you cook it in the pot of broth. The broth was delicious, and they have a sauce bar that has all kinds of seasoning to add to your soup, including chili oil, crushed peppers, vinegar, lotus flower sauce, satay sauce. Fresh fruit, spring rolls, and dessert. We ordered a mushroom platter, seafood platter, veggies and beef, and two different broth flavors. Great service, excellent atmosphere, fun experience for the whole family or a date night. It was so engaging that I forgot to take photos.

What an amazing experience. This was one of the best hot pots I’ve ever tried. The people and staff were so accommodating and friendly. The spicy broth is a little too strong for me, but the regular broth was perfect, but hey have to try all types of it. We had so much fun and lots of food to choose from. They’re also a sauce bar where you grab it contains grapes, egg rolls, apps, sauces and even some desserts. It is an additional $3.50 per person so make sure to make use of it. Overall great food… parking is a little hard to find if you’re going on a weekend luckily we went on a weekday and it was perfect timing.

I had the most incredible experience at this hot pot. My husband and I went and had such a fun time. The location it self was super busy which I took as a good sign. The food seemed super fresh and I really enjoyed the sauce bar. We literally were so stuffed I got the mushroom soup and I thought it was so delicious and my husband got the spicy broth which was full of spicy peppers and garlic. The table next door got what looked like a vegetarian option with many mushrooms that looked really tasty too. The only feedback is the sprite I ordered had a funny taste maybe the ice. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!! Can’t wait to go again!!!

Great experience! Loved the hot pot broth and the meat they served was fresh and delicious. Salad bar not worth it, there is barley anything there. Ice cream machine wasn't good, it wasn't soft serve and covered in ice chips. Overall would come back still.
