The food at Country Dough is delicious. All the items on the menu are really good and well made, but I highly recommend the spicy pork dumplings. The small portion is enough for 2 people or one really hungry person :). Service is fast and the people that work there are always polite. I really enjoy getting some food there when I'm near Pike Place Market and I always referr this place to everyone.
This tucked away spot next to Emmet Watson’s Oyster Bar in Pike Place Market is a true gem! The food is absolutely delicious and is second only to the excellent customer service.
Four stars is being generous. Food is heated in the microwave & I explicitly stated, I do not want it heated in the microwave! There is a huge steamer in front of him if he did not want to be bothered making a new one. I had to go check 2x to make sure he didn’t but he did! Food was ok, 2-3 stars, 3 being generous. The fact that this place is hidden is kind of cool which contributed to the four stars! Recommended by someone and 4 out of 5 are vegan!

Even during peak lunchtime, my food was made and arrived quickly. The Dry Noodles are delicious and pretty spicy. If the dish came with more chicken I would give this 5 stars.
#Jianbing# is one of my favorite food, every time I went to Pike Place Market should be on my must to do list.
Good enough. But wish their flatbread is more flavorful.
Awesome little spot tucked away at Pikes place. Szechuan Flatbread has great flavor and the Flatbread is awesome - had some kick!
Hidden gem inside Pike Place Market! If you find your way to the interior you are in for a treat! The menu is small, but the food is fresh and flavorful. I am very impressed with the portion size - one bowl of the hand-pulled noodles lasted me two meals!
Went to this place about 2 weeks ago. Love their Sichuan pie a lot!!! Tried C2. garlic pork at first then had to walk back for getting more immediately :) Then tried C1 and C3 flavors. Love them all! The owners r super nice family. Going there again for sure.
It's located at a corner of the pikes market, requires a little search to find, with crowded dine in space. Their food's packages are really good for take outs. Taste wise, they are okish. Very spicy, which is the theme of the orientation. So if you like some spicy Chinese food, definitely give them a try
