We have eaten multiple meals at SWel and each experience has bene great. The food, staff and atmosphere are all great. I've enjoyed the pork chop and salmon and loved them both. The calamari is particularly special.

During my recent visit to Seattle, I had the pleasure of dining at Swel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance set a high standard – elegant yet welcoming, perfectly capturing the essence of fine dining with a personal touch. The highlight of my meal was the filet with peppercorn sauce. Cooked to perfection, it was a flavorful masterpiece that melted in my mouth. Accompanying this was a tequila old-fashioned – a delightful twist on a classic. This drink made me rethink my usual bourbon preference; it was that impressive! But what truly set Swel apart was the owner's involvement. Their passion and dedication were evident in every detail, from the meticulously crafted menu to the attentive service. It was inspiring to see an owner so deeply involved, ensuring each guest's experience was exceptional. In summary, Swel is a must-visit for anyone in Seattle seeking a top-tier dining experience. It's a testament to what happens when exquisite food, innovative drinks, and heartfelt hospitality come together. A true five-star experience! Also, make sure to get the scratch-made bread pudding. You won’t be sorry.

What a gem! I probably shouldn’t review it because it’s already hard enough to get a table. Quirky decor and fantastic people add to excellent food at SWeL. I kinda worried that their flippant name would mean the approach to dining would be flippant, too. Not so. The menu is carefully crafted, as are the cocktails. And yet even my pickiest child found a meal to enjoy. We will certainly return!

This was probably one of the best meals I've had in my entire life. Not a huge selection but what they do have they perfect! They were very diligent and conscious with food sensitivities and gave great recommendations. We also appreciate them finding a table to accommodate us on a busy evening. Highly recommend, you won't leave disappointed!

Food is beautiful. Staff is beyond excellent. Atmosphere is a tad too loud. We had the brioche as a starter..two pasta dishes cooked perfectly and finished with Pear Bread Pudding—excellent. Love that they brought 2 Cabernets to try! Eat here!

The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The waiters are nice. But they checked with us about the food and drink a little too frequently….😅 We ordered pappardelle with mushroom, linguine, and scallops sauce & baguette. At beginning, I felt the food are very delicious. But the cream and cheese are a little greasy in the end, and I barely finished all food.

The overall experience at this location was outstanding, from the ambiance to the exceptional service. All of the dishes served were enjoyed and impressed with their enticing aroma, attractive presentation, and delightful flavors. Although the prices are somewhat steep, it's still a great spot for dinner.

Food was AMAZING. I'm not typically impressed with restaurants in this price $$-$$$ range but this was amazing. The meal was about $40-45 per person. We got three mains and a drink to share. Though the portion sizes weren't huge to make you very full, it's enough to make you healthy full. Service 10/10. Honestly the best service I've gotten a while. So patient and friendly. Regularly checked in on us and gave great recs!! Ambiance was out of this world. Great catch up night with the girls, but also could be a wonderful date spot. Might not be relevant but even their bathroom had great vibes had chai candles lit and it was wonderful. Will definitely come back again and again.

First time here and won’t be my last. Right when I walked in, the service was amazing. The hostess was very kind and gave us the option to sit inside or out (chose outside and he gave us both blankets). The ambiance is very nice. I will say it is very dark inside, but is a nice for an intimate date (a little loud if inside). Even the restroom smelled nice Loll as for the food, I got the smoked mozzarella pizza and I thought it was delicious! It comes with this spicy oil on the side and I thought it was a nice touch. I don’t normally crave pizza but I’m glad I got it. It was also a good size for one person and maybe a little leftover. I didn’t try the pasta but my friend really enjoyed her meal and ate more than she was planning to. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the Fremont area.

Everything about my experience here was amazing. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The dessert was good but unfortunately the appetizer was pretty bad, the bread being hard as a rock. I wouldn’t order any bread included dishes from here. Again, everything else, amazing!
