Zouave Restaurant - Seattle - Photo album

Wanted a place to have a long and relaxed dinner. This was definitely the spot. Waiters were helpful and attentive but the food came out really slowly. The backyard was cozy but the bathroom end could use a little sprucing. The food itself was fine, didn’t love the the specials didn’t have a price (
This is the sweetest local restaurant. They have personable staff and authentic but not pretentious Italian food. I love that it feels comfortable to go in jeans or dress up a bit. One of our absolute favorite date spots. Also, the portions and prices are very reasonable. We will definitely continue
I loved the food it was fantastic. The workers there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The chef gave us a free dessert too. The food also came out very fast. The chef also gave us a complimentary salad while we waited plus the bread with an amazing dipping sauce. I hope you guys like this
We stopped by late one night at 9 PM, just an hour before closing, and were graciously taken care of by the chef/owner. We ordered the gnocchi (it usually comes with chicken, but he happily subbed vegetables when I asked for no chicken) and Penne Salmon. Not only were the dishes delicious, but we l
I love this place. The atmosphere is calm but welcoming and the servers are so nice. The food takes a little while to come out but the wait is worth it. The textures and flavors you experience are amazing and the chef is extremely kind. One of my favorite places in Seattle by far.
Delicious food! My favorite thing to have here is the chicken Marsala and the mushroom soup. I’ve had a lot of the specials as well and they are all fantastic. The menu truly is a pan Mediterranean. Italian, French, Spanish, Greek, and North African. Delicious! This place is a real hidden gem. Abe i
This quiet, unassuming restaurant is truly a diamond among rocks. The food is genuine, scrumptious, and fully and lovingly made by hand and it shows. The portions are fantastic. We got the lobster ravioli and the ribeye for our mains, and WOW. The sauce with the steak was perfectly complimentary, no
Had a wonderful time at Zouave tonight in Ravenna for a team appreciation dinner. Rave reviews from my co-workers. This place is so great and was my first time there. It was only staffed by the server and the owner who was the chef who came to our table at the end to introduce himself and chat with
This place is excellent! We came on a Friday evening as the main dinner service was winding down and were sat immediately. The waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. The menu was full of options, and it was hard to choose. The prices are really really reasonable, and the food was SPECTACULAR! The
The best mushroom soup I’ve ever ever had. It’s sweet and savory. The chef Abe shared the recipe with us. There’s no sugar in the soup but it was delightful. He said he sauté mushroom with red wine with marinara so it’s sweet bc wine is sweet. Then cream and if you add more variety of mushroom, it’s
We absolutely love Zuave - our favorite restaurant in Seattle. Dining here feels like you’re going to someone’s house for dinner but that someone happens to be a skilled chef. The food is incredible every time, staff are the friendliest and always make sure we’re taken care of (the chef always comes
What a cute restaurant! It smelled absolutely amazing the moment we walked in, the smell of delicious home cooking. My friend (local) and I (visiting) had sautéed calamari (starter), chicken Marsala with lobster ravioli (entree) and Beef Roulade (entree). Everything was delicious. Oh, the Handsome w
Wow! This was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I had the mushroom risotto special with duck. The fresh bread and salad before entrees was delicious with high quality olive oil and vinaigrette. The service was excellent. The chef came out to say hello afterwards which was a special treat. He to
We had a wonderful time at Zouave tonight. We enjoyed the food immensely, the staff were awesome and the chef even called goodbye to us as we left after the meal. The atmosphere is quaint and largely comfy but with the tent flaps closed it was a little loud and the airflow would've been appreciated.
Stopped into this spot on a whim while staying in the area. Their special that night was the lobster ravioli. It was absolutely delicious! Really, each course was great! Loved their bread too! Definitely recommend!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five star recommendation! What a lovely dining experience!! Staff was sooo friendly. The chef (looks like the owner) gave us free salad, bread and tiramisu cake!! The tiramisu cake reminds me of the ones I had in the summer in Rome several years ago. Not too sweet at all. It has the right a
What a lovely experience on a Monday evening. Delicious food, attentive staff, and a cozy patio! The sangria was refreshing but not overly sweet. The antipasto plate was generous and had great variety. I had the osso busco and the gnocchi were perfect and the lamb was incredibly tender. Sauce w
Head chef is highly skilled. For was delicious. My friend says the open back area is really nice in the summer. Great place to take a date, I highly recommend it!
This is a delightful, unassuming little neighborhood restaurant. Went for my husband's birthday and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our waiter was great, and super friendly. We had a yummy eggplant starter, chicken marsala, and seafood paella. All tasty. Prices were very reasonable, given how expensive every
