Fresh, delicious, friendly, great value!!! You must try it! My first visit we had cucumber salad, salty fungus salad (not too salty) and cumin lamb hand torn noodle soup!! All very good!

This place is so good! Truly something special for Seattle. Spicy Cumin Lamb, Hot Oil, and Spicy Wonton.

The 涼皮 is fantastic! It wasn't too spicy, so I finished it really quickly. 很下胃! The lotus root was also tasty :) My husband ordered the 羊肉泡饃. The portion was generous, and there was a big portion of meat too. Somehow, the inside of the restaurant was very hot on the day we went. I'm glad they have outdoor seating. The staff were very nice, even though they had to endure the heat.

I got the lamb sandwich, lamb noodle, and lamb noodle with soup. The sandwich was great. Good proportions, but the regular spice wasn't quite enough for me. The lamb noodle without soup was also great. Noodles have a good chew and the regular spice was good. Lamb had great flavor. Out of everything I wasn't too big of a fan of the soup. Even though all the ingredients were the same other than the soup it didn't match well for me. The rating is taking out the soup and only judging the other two.

I'm just here to review the spicy lamb soup with torn noodles. Whenever I go here for this dish, I am literally in heaven. It is always such a divine treat, and I have never been disappointed with this soup. The ordering is on a screen, so very fast and low pressure. Love this soup!!

Visited during lunch hours. I got hot oil Bian noodle, chicken noodles, lamb skewer and potsticker. For most Asian I would recommend to go with spiest level. I am not a huge spicy eater but their spiciness was bit lacking. When I visited the place wasn't busy and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I would want to come back and try dining in and I think the food would taste way better than togo. : ) Interior was very clean, bright, and spacious. Nice clean casual spot.

I can’t say enough about this place. Food was excellent and tasty, making me plan to come back as I was eating. The pricing is affordable and the owners are so nice. I like the self service type of ordering as well. Very fast and well organized. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. 100/10 recommend!!

This is the best Xian style noodle restaurant in the Seattle area. The food is tasty, and the restaurant is clean inside. This restaurant appears to be one of the favorite restaurants among the UW students, as every time we go here we see lots of UW students. The higher rating on Google Maps than other Xian noodle places also testifies to this.

Probably the best Xi'an noodle place in the entire Seattle area, based on the many similar Xi'an style restuarants we have been. Their noodles test best among all other Xi'an noodle restautants. They recently revamped the dinning area, and now with quick and convenient kiosk ordering, more bight and open space, it's a good place to try the Xi'an style noodle. Judging by the crowd of UW students and faclties there, one can tell it's a popular place among those in UW. The only downside is that they don't sell beer, and their food doesn't include the Xi'an style sweet desserts.

This was a neat gem to find in the middle of UDistrict. It’s self-service, as in you don’t have to interact with anyone to order food - you order on a big touchscreen monitor. The food was so good, but a bit pricey (6 potstickers were $8+ iirc). Noodles were chewy, flavourful, and filling. A hearty meal on a colder day.

Really amazing noodles. I come to the U District just to get these. The dry noodles are my favorite. I like the spicy lamb dry noodles. The pork belly noodles are nice if you want a simple flavor. The skewers are also good, if you like very seasoned and spicy. The atmosphere is casual but clean and bright. Not too hard to find street parking around the restaurant. I'll be back many more times!
