I can't wait to go back and try a different kind of tea. My sister-in-law Sara and I ordered a pot of the Wuyi black tea. It was delicious. I loved how they had several pots of brewed tea that you could sample before making a choice from their extensive selection I also had the grilled cheese sandwich and a side salad, it was very good.
This is my GO TO tea place. I've been coming here for years. Nice owner. Nice staff. Good tea.
Amazing selection of teas. Drinks also looked very aesthetically pleasing. They also provided a variety of samples to get a feel for different types of tea they served. The only downside is it’s a very popular place so all the seating was fully taken.
Big fan of Miro. They have loose leaf tea for purchase they have tons of drinks options and specialty drinks. They have WiFi to sit and work and they also have outdoor seating. That pretty much checks all the boxes for a five star tea shop. If you're in the market for tea this is a good stop.
We used to get intrigued by this place whenever we were in Ballard. We tried it today on a hot Sunday afternoon. The decor is very inviting and it’s spacious on the inside. They serve both hot teas and iced varieties. We got the strawberry supernova and lychee black iced tea. Both were spectacular and snappy. It was a great respite on a hot day.
What a delightful tea shop in Seattle! Stumbled across this when in pursuit of ice cream at Salt & Straw and so glad we did! I got the pink chai and it was out of this world - I loved that they had diff options of tea for the chai (roobios, green, black). They topped it off with some crushed pistachio and it was possibly the most perfect chai latte I’ve had. Tea connoisseurs are rare - so glad this exists to serve the community for those of us who don’t drink coffee!
Their matcha latte is really good! There’s a few other drinks I want to try and they specialize in teas. I also got a slice of lemon lavender cake and it was light, not super sweet, and delicious.
Sunday Ballard Farmers Market always calls for a meetup in this wonderful cafe 🤌
This spacious area with lots of available seating has a great staff working. My friend and I both had ourselves a latte and donut. The latte was nice… but the donut? GOD that was delicious. It was filled with this purple cream and I swear I’ve never had a donut more delicious than that. Definitely coming again!
Side Note: bathroom was clean. Always a fan of those 🕺
Another Note: lattes and donut were each ~$6.
Cozy tea cafe! I love stopping here after a market haul at Ballard Farmer’s Market. They have a traditional tea service as well as a variety of lattes with different tea concoctions. My seasonal go-to’s are the hojicha maple latte, ube latte, and strawberry supernova (pictured). Usually, I’d get their matcha latte!
Miro Tea is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was delightful - a cozy haven that instantly transported me to a world of tranquility. The attention to detail in creating such a charming environment deserves praise.
And oh, the Pink Chai. It's nothing short of enchanting! The blend of flavors and the perfect balance of spices in this tea is simply divine. Sipping on it felt like a warm hug on a rainy Seattle day.
Miro Tea is, without a doubt, the best tearoom in Seattle. If you're a tea enthusiast or simply someone looking for a delightful experience, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return and explore more of their exceptional teas.
Highly recommended!
Wonderful experience. Beautiful presentation, lovely atmosphere, comprehensive tea options. Some really fun confections as well, though I can't say I had any! Rarely can get a seat here though, it's always slam packed.
Great vibe and a large selection of loose-leaf teas. The store can get pretty crowded quickly because it’s such a prime location.
