Pancita is in every way perfection. Our waiter was so amazing. They have Mexican wines and digestifs. I got the Mole with the rice and beans and it was probably one of the best thing I have eaten. I would highly suggest coming here!!

Glad to hear Pancita will be permanent at the pair location. Best Mexican food I’ve had in Seattle. Fresh, new flavors. Hope to see them update the decor since Pancita will be staying to a while.
