Went to dinner with a friend. This restaurant is located at the Northgate mall so parking isn't the greatest. We were greated promptly and seated right away. We had the Impossible burger and the chicken lasagna. Both were absolutely delicious. The ambience was great too. They had a jazz ensemble playing live. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is due to our server. He was somewhat inattentive, but otherwise I was very pleased.

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Their bolognese sauce is literally the best I have ever had and the service is always great. I've never had a bad dish there - sure there are ones I prefer, but nothing has been inedible or even unenjoyable. We make it a point to eat here whenever we're up Northgate way.

Ok, so, no photos... bad me! I was simply too busy having fun with friends and enjoying the atmosphere. So on to the review... the wait staff was great, and even though our initial server had closed out his shift 3/4 of the way through our visit, the replacement server was just as attentive. Thumbs up! Food was superior, even for a "mall restaurant" experience, and the crab cakes were fantastic (the mix of marmalade and Creme Blanc was interesting, but worked very well together). I had the chicken piccata and it was great! Overall, I'll definitely go back and dine there many more times.

Was just looking for a decent new years eve dinner. We were trying to find something not so "chain restaurant" but most places were closed due to the holiday. Must say I was pretty pleased with this place. The service was great and the food was outstanding. Pretty happy we ended up here for dinner.

My partner and I wanted to grab a cocktail and some appetizers before catching a movie at Thornton so we were going to pop into the Ram, but saw this place. It looked quieter (a huge plus for us) so after glancing at the menu posted outside (another point) we decided to give it a try.
We grabbed some seats at the bar. Catching happy hour, we both indulged in a few cocktails. The Cherry Manhattan, French 75, and Negroni were all hits.
A friend joined us and ordered a Sazerac, which the bartenders had no idea what that was. I thought that was a bit concerning, but they we're eager to look it up and give it a try, and what they came up with was pretty close, so they won back a few points there.
Food was excellent. I had the French Onion Soup, she had the Chop Salad, and we shared the Calamari, all great deals during Happy Hour.
Only ding really was the fact that, although extremely nice and accommodating, both bartenders kept forgetting to glance over our way at the very end of the bar, so trying to get our bill and pay started to get frustrating. It wasn't until a server was processing bills on a terminal next to me who noticed we had our cards out and overheard we were starting to get worried about making our movie time, so she walked over and tapped our bartenders on the shoulder, who finally looked down the bar our way and made a shocked face. Aside from that...all was good here. We're looking forward to coming back.

The happy hour salmon slider was really good! I noticed we had to ask for bread for them to bring it out, though it was free. Crab cakes were a little small to be a full meal, but was told they were good. Kids were happy with their mac & cheese! Overall, good experience with good food.

Server was very friendly and attentive, explained the menu. Scored a free app for signing up for the text club, the zucchini & accompanying dill-cucumber sauce was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Picatta and bf ordered the Roasted Chicken Parmesan. The Picatta was served with a creamy risotto. Didn't see any capers on the dish, it was different than usual but still tasty. Risotto was well cooked. The chicken parmesan was decent, a little too much breading and the marinara was just okay. Spiced-Apple cobbler for dessert was good, snickerdoodle crust on top was amazing. Will be back to try happy hour, all day Sunday & Monday.

Delicious food. The Lazy Lasagna could use one more ounce of sauce though. Was a little dry. The restaurant wasn't very busy. Our waiter was not very attentive. Will be back.

The food and service here were amazing. The atmosphere is great, and it was not noisy despite the amount of people there. My one complaint, and it is a minor one, is that I had no idea what I ordered looked like in advance. Even online I couldn't find any pictures of the menu, but this was just a minor issue. I highly recommend this place.

Really great!
My nephew and I caught a late night bite here and it was fabulous in every way. From attentive service to the menu variety and my nephews delight with the seafood risotto; it was a wonderful experience.
Thank you so much! We really appreciate your later hours. It's what drew us in having never been to Mama Stortini's before.
