A block after passing through the Chinese arch of the Chinatown/International District in Seattle you will find Fuji Bakery, a small boutique bakery with a cashier window.
On my visit I had the Butter Croissant and the Pear Croissant.

Went Sunday morning! Free parking and hardly anyone there yet. You window shop and then tell them what you want through the open window. I got a blueberry and lemon curd croissant, a cream cheese danish an apple pie croissant and a latte ^_^ all so good

This cake is so nice. I reserved strawberry cake with extra strawberry. I actually didn't expect that much, but it was amazing. When I asked to the owner of this shop about the taste and the fullness of strawberry before ordering, she answered I will satisfy with proud

Love this Bakery! It definitely deserves 5 stars for how efficient they are for such a small business. Really tasty desserts! Was missing the Japan bakery experience from my trip there. Even though this is a small location and we couldn't go through with trays and tongs, it was still fun to window shop and get a box to go. The coffee was really good too!
I picked up 3 egg sandos hoping it wouldn’t spill in my bag on the way home but they packaged it so neatly! The sandwiches were delicious, the egg in the center is soft and so is the bread. Will be back for sure :)

Ordered the strawberry cake for a birthday this past week and it was incredible. Design looks great, and the flavour is delicious. I could eat the whole sheet of it.
Only take away available. I went there around 9ish on weekday and the queue had already started.
Tried ube & matcha malasada and I wished the fillings would have been a bit stronger in flavors but that’s just my personal preference. Together with matcha latte, wonderful as they are not too sweet.
I love the pastries here! The pear croissant was to die for and I've definitely had dreams about it... The shokupan from Fuji bakery is really good and their sandos look good- though I haven't had one (yet!).
Excellent bakery! The items they have are unique, both sweet and savory. To top it off they also have a very good barista. Highly recommend a stop at Fuji Bakery!
Awesome bakery!
Beef curry croquet were perfectly made, little chewy , slight crunch on the out side and filling were savory and enjoyable.

This place is awesome in many ways. They have the most friendly and nice staff, fresh, delicious and fresh baked goods. No need to say Crunchy cream is the most famous but try other stuff, everything is so good! Since it is so good and famous i expected the prices will more higher that they actually
