Yes! The Approach ============= A block after passing through the Chinese arch of the Chinatown/International District in Seattle you will find Fuji Bakery, a small boutique bakery with a cashier window. On my visit I had the Butter Croissant and the Pear Croissant. The Food ========= The Butter Croissant was nice and airy. The crumb was not "perfect" but it was still pretty good if being really strict in judgement. A postive note is that the croissant was not that sweet; more on the savory side. Rating: 8/10 Update: After a second visit their croissant had a more even crumb and a killer buttery taste. See below. Congrats, you earned it. Rating: 10/10 The Carriage =========== White paper sandwich bags are provided to carry away your pastries. Why were there no displayed prices?

Went Sunday morning! Free parking and hardly anyone there yet. You window shop and then tell them what you want through the open window. I got a blueberry and lemon curd croissant, a cream cheese danish an apple pie croissant and a latte ^_^ all so good The blueberry lemon curd was the best though they were all so good! The pastry was so flaky and light. The cream cheese danish was different from the ones I’ve had. There was a small little square of full on cream cheese in the middle 😅 - would definitely go again - on a Sunday - in the morning 😂

(한국인분들 여기 케이크 아주 괜찮아요! 추천해요!!) This cake is so nice. I reserved strawberry cake with extra strawberry. I actually didn't expect that much, but it was amazing. When I asked to the owner of this shop about the taste and the fullness of strawberry before ordering, she answered I will satisfy with proud. She was confident, and I now understand why she said like that. It is most nice cake for me in Seattle, definitely satisfying. It is not that sweety, and cream is soft and creamy. Strawberry quality was fresh with sweetness. I will definitely visit this shop again. Thank you for my birthday cake! (One thing I request this shop is cake handling is hard. How about make a plastic bag for handling cake? It will make great response.)

Fuji Bakery's pastries are so good and unique -- perfect for a quick bite in Seattle's International District. The Beef Curry buns are incredible with a perfect combination of sweet and savory, and the malasada (sourdough donuts) are SO GOOD. We got the curry bun, passion fruit malasada, and ube malasada and everything was so tasty.

Love this Bakery! It definitely deserves 5 stars for how efficient they are for such a small business. I would strongly recommend to head over there pretty early because the lines wrap around the building. Also, be sure to get a dozen of their donuts because they have different and unique filling options!

I tried Fuji Bakery for the first time and it was a unique experience! The way you order is you look around the glass windows to see the different types of pastries that they have to offer for the day and you go around the corner to the “front” of the bakery and order at the window. I got a box of different goodies: milk sticks, crunchy cream, s’mores croissant (amazing btw), sugar donuts, and an apple pie! Everything was delicious. The only flaw was it did taste a little bit stale, like it was a day or two old. But a pop in the microwave fixed it! It’s a little pricey as we walked away with having spent $67… We also tried their fuji lemonade which I do not recommend. It just tastes like citrus water, not lemonade at all.. watered down citrus water. It’s definitely worth a try. Some items are a hit or miss. Definitely get the s’mores croissant though!!!

Really tasty desserts! Was missing the Japan bakery experience from my trip there. Even though this is a small location and we couldn't go through with trays and tongs, it was still fun to window shop and get a box to go. The coffee was really good too!

I picked up 3 egg sandos hoping it wouldn’t spill in my bag on the way home but they packaged it so neatly! The sandwiches were delicious, the egg in the center is soft and so is the bread. Will be back for sure :)

Visited this place for the first time yesterday! Couldn’t decide what to try cause everything looked so amazing 🤩 I tried the Japanese milk stick and I can’t recommend it enough!!! The Peach Croissant was delicious and tasted fresh 💕 The matcha malasada wasn’t a great pick for me, but I can’t wait to try the regular one and so many others from here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
