Fun place to hang out with friends and family . A great collection of flights and ipas. Food trucks available outside to order and enjoy inside . Highly recommended!

This is no longer Optimism Brewing, Stoup Brewing just bought them out! It's a busy place on a Friday night with multiple parties. It almost made it hard to just find a place for a drink if you weren't part of the 5 different private parties. It's a cool building, with a lot of beer options. Service was nice and quick. Definitely worth making a stop if you are in the area and like craft beer.

Wide selection of drinks to choose from with a food truck making an appearance from 18:00 (check dates). Children's play area had a variety of entertainment, thanks for being family friendly🍻

Huge space. Stopped in on a work trip. Enjoyed the pride farmhouse. Very well done. The bartender didn't describe it well, but all it took was a little sip to confirm it was a traditional farmhouse/saisons. It was very busy due to two company parties, but they handled the extra volume very well.

Amazing space, full of energy, and a company doing the best to change working conditions as they embrace looking after their team by including tips in the cost of the price. Lots of choice in the taps, a winner for everyone.

This is the best brewery ever. My wife Brenda and I stopped by for a quick nightcap and we were blown away by the selection available. If you're looking for a queer friendly, inclusive brewery, this is the place to be! Much more options than a dozen IPAs and a large space with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. It's the little things that matter too, a HUGE bathroom - completely unisex - with European style stalls (wall to ceiling!) We felt SO safe and welcomed. Will definitely come back the next time I find myself in Seattle.

Excellent brewery in Seattle. They have tons of beer options. No food or snacks served there. However you can bring your own food to pair with your drimk.

Who would have thought that drinking beer can actually support workers rights improvement? In this brewery, the beer is fantastic but it goes without saying. Plus. There is room! There is a beergarten AND a rooftop. Last but not least, finally a company that is not asking for tips. Am I stingy? No. Read on. I’m sure it is only a first.

Always a fun time at Optimism Brewing! I got a slushy, and my friends got a few beers. The slushy was very refreshing and nice on a sunny day; I also really enjoyed my friend’s Strawberry Lemonade Seltzer. The construction of the building is fun as well. I always love coming here!

Friendly, light-filled venue, great for events. Most importantly, the beer is excellent. Living Luster is a surprisingly smooth stout, though the dark cherry flavor didn’t really come through.
