Unique, personalized cocktail experience. Arrive early, bask in the grandeur of the seemingly endless selection of spirits. A must for a Seattle visit if you love craft cocktails. People who rate this less than 5 stars have no clue or think cruise food is good.

Excellent drink selection with endless bottles everywhere in the main space. It is fun to watch the bartenders get oddly placed bottles with old library ladders. The selection alone is intense but the drinks are amaizing. Very fun vibe to top it off. This place is impressive and fun!

Went at opening, already a short line. Got a great seat at the bar. All of the cocktails I tried were delicious! You really can't go wrong. So much to try and can't wait to go back. The food was decent as well. We had meat & cheese board and fried quail.

Get the bread,, don’t even think twice. Its a great cocktail spot. They have interesting cocktails on the menu and the presentation is fancy. but I would recommend the roulette. Our mixologist was very knowledgeable and crafted amazing cocktails based on our flavour profile.

Delicious cocktails with beautiful presentations. Our server was very knowledgeable and recommended a few different drinks based on our preferences since the menu is somewhat extensive. I do wish the bartender's roulette drink was a little more creative, after the other drinks with really interesting ingredient combos, it seemed a little pedestrian (although it still tasted good).

Came here just for cocktails, food would have easily bumped up the price per person but it smelled great. The cocktails were good and had very fun designs for serving. Bar itself was pretty, but a little louder than I prefer when having $20+ cocktails. Service was no frills - they were punctual, polite, and gave whatever was asked. Ultimately I enjoyed it, but I'm not rushing to go back or sure I ever will. Usually for that I would say 3 stars, but the drinks were a really great quality.

Visiting from NYC and this bar was recommended by a friend. I am glad I went. From the outside it seems like a regular bar but upon entering, you’re welcomed into a low lit, attractive, old setting vibe with bottles lined to the ceiling behind the bar which immediately grabs your attention. Cocktails were very unique and all were a hit. We went for the 2 mezcals, and 3 types of gin. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

This is one of the best bars I've ever been to. You really have to experience it. When I read the menu and checked out the website, I'm not gonna lie - I thought it might be hipster nonsense. I was wrong. These are some of the best, most carefully thought out cocktails I've tasted. In a world full of style over substance, Canon is both in equal parts. It's the little details, nothing is overlooked - sure there are clever drinks served in Chinese takeout containers, but there are also drinks served in coupe glasses where decorative etchings reveal themselves as the concoction reduces. The gold canon plaques on each table. Lou Reed, Iggy Pop and the Kinks on the stereo. Mood lighting. I can't say enough about this bar.

Came here with ze wife on a rainy Tuesday night around 6pm and got seated right away. It was my first time here and it immediately became one of my Seattle favorites. A+ on the space! My rib eye was cooked perfectly and the sides were very tasty. Ze wife enjoyed her pork ribs so much she saved some to bring home. Her Shrouded Roulette cocktail was also really good. We will be back soon!

Very cool and quaint bar in a popping neighborhood of Seattle. Quirky cocktail menu with interesting and unique taste delivered by every cocktail. Safe to say it isn't your usual cocktails place.

Visited in Aug 2023 A fantastic cocktail bar where the presentation of the drinks is really worth admiring. Would definitely recommend visitors to Seattle to make a pit stop at this amazing cocktail bar. Given the name of the bar, you shud definitely order the drinks which comes in the form of a canon (Canon’s Cannon). Other than that we also ordered the following cocktails: - Cocktail Phonatic (presented in the form of cup noodles) - Pop Art - Campfire In Georgia All the drinks were top notch and service was really good too.

Chill vibe and astonishing cocktail presentation. Bartenders are suoer cool. Food was nice given they are 50% off sun-wed. Try The icecream and the bath.
