Was having a rough day and Cameron was SO nice to me, all the workers were nice and made my drink so fast. Everyone here deserves a raise hard core!! Hope management can recognize all of them for their hard work. Service workers don’t get enough credit. Just wanted thank them for going especially out of their way to make my day brighter :)

Handy to visit after)before Starbucks shopping. Lots of parking, easy access. Spacious, and has a good drive-thru. Lots of noisy trash removal as employees wheeled the large trash containers over the tile floor they the actual restaurant.

I’m not usual Starbucks customer, but did stop here to finish work instead of sitting in traffic earlier this week. I somehow left my wallet and an employee found it. I had no idea where it was until an employee (Erin) found me on Facebook & messaged me that they found it.
I figured my wallet with cards & cash were gone, but they assured me it was all there. Big thanks to the employees & their managers for hiring honest & friendly people! Good karma coming your way!

This store is amazing the best one in sodo by far they deserve the world! They always go above and beyond to make everyone’s day !!!! KIKI IS THE LITERAL BEST SHE WILL ALWAYS ANTICIPATE YOUR NEEDS!! JUST AND ALL AROUND ROCKSTAR & ELLIE is so sweet and patient and knowledgeable. They keep me coming back that’s what I call exceptional guest service !!!!!!!! Stopped here for a quick bite as we left Seattle and drove down to Salem. I like reading the reviews of this store and noticing the bad reviews are from those that feel slighted. Sorry your experience wasn’t amazing but perhaps you just expect too much. It’s Starbucks. It’s a place to grab coffee and a pastry and that’s about it. This one, however, adds some great art on the walls but sitting next to that giant power place was a bit strange. This is a decent shop. I won’t be back.

Love the 1st & Walker location of Starbucks. Always friendly and its like Cheers, they always remember my name BUT they are always out of items, including Pumpkin loaf and the drive thru line is so slow. I always go inside when I can, its faster. This is my favorite location because they are so friendly and have great customer service
