Went here for brunch and loved the decor of the place. There weren’t to many ppl, which made me nervous if the food was going to be good or not. I say this place is a hit or miss for brunch. The salsa trio drip was delicious but the frozen drink I ordered had no alcohol in it and wasn’t flavorful. Pineapple upside down pancakes were great but I was not impressed with the chilaquiles and returned my food back to the kitchen and ordered tacos which were way better. I also got another drink that was non frozen and it was way better. Summary is that certain menu items are delicious and some are not. I would still recommend this place because when I did have issues with my food the servers and service was great and they easily accommodated me

Grabbed a quick dinner here with some friends on a sunday and was easily seated with no wait.
The horchata and fish tacos were the star of the show in my opinion! Our table also got the short ribs, chicharron, and barbacoa tacos but I’m not the biggest meat eater. My friends said they were good though! The short ribs came with plaintains that were interesting and good, sweeter than potato.
And often this is easily forgotten about, but the rice and beans were really really good!

Fun atmosphere with excellent staff and good (but not flavorful) Al pastor tacos. The queso appetizer was our table favorite.

Came in with a group of friends because someone recommended this restaurant. We had such a great time. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks. Their infused strawberry tequila was delicious in the margaritas. Also, their pear salad with the steak was fantastic!!! Definitely will come back.

Great food , decent ambience and good service. However wish we could get a table outside by the fire but apparently they were short staffed at that time.
We went an hour before closing so the vibe was low however we still had a good time.
We got the chicken tortilla soup , horchatas , chips and guac along with some vegetarian taco and chicken tinga taco.
All the items were fresh and delicious and we highly recommend the chicken tortilla soup . It was huge , tasty and unique.
Their cocktail section was nice as well but we did not try them out that night . Overall a very good experience and a great Mexican place in capitol hill

A friend living in Seattle gave me many recommendations and Poquitos was one of the most appreciated! Very big and welcoming place, good service and kind staff. The food was particularly good, nachos were crazy and the tortillas as well. Great location, Capitol Hill is the real center of the night life in Seattle and also it’s main and most authentic area. Strongly recommended.

Went on a Sunday night at it was perfect. The chicken was amazing, the rice was good too. Nice fresa margarita. No wait. Service was excellent. They even brought me a new napkin that had fallen on the floor before me realizing. I would go back for the chicken and the chicharrones with queso again.

Great vibe and atmosphere.
The staff and bartenders should practice more patience and smile : )
I felt a little uncomfortable to make conversations with bartenders and it was super slow and just me.
Great decorations and lighting
Great service
Great food quantity and quality
No music was playing (Sat 3:00 PM)
Prices are a little high and no happy hour on Sat which was not good.
Overall great place and spot. Classy and high standards in the middle of CapHill.
Recommendations:
-Play music and something background
-Remind and educate bartenders to be more engaging and talkative to customers because they are customer facing roles.
-Add happy hour and be more customer obsessed. Dont just focus on profit and build up customers relationships.
Overall I will give 5 star and check this place soon to see some improvements. Specially their cold treatments from the bartenders.

First thing, really cute and welcoming place to have dinner at. We chose to sit outside on their patio along the street since the weather was nice this past weekend.
Secondly, it did take awhile for our server to come to us (saw him check on his other two tables directly next to us a couple times before finally stopping at ours to get our initial drinks). Once we did get our drinks, we were ready and had him order their Yellowfin Tuna Tostadas to start and Barbacoa Tacos (which is pictured with a side of their rice and beans).
The tacos were delicious, flavorful and juicy!
As for the Tostadas, they actually came out a little after we had munched on the tacos and had to ask our server if they were still coming or not.
He answered with “Yeah, they should have been out ASAP but let me check!”
Personally not a huge fan of them but my partner loved them!
I would say, our server was very nice overall! My only comment would be for your service team to be a tad bit more attentive and/or if they are busy, to have others assist when needed.
