Amazing, amazing brunch! The food was top notch & we got the 2-people mimosa it came with a full bottle of prosecco!! 😍 So delicious... The waiter was really attentive & brought us some extra juice too. Overall an amazing experience, we will definitely come back again!

Wish I could give them 6 stars, we had a five course tasting dinner here last night to celebrate a friends birthday. The whole night was top notch, the staff, presentation, service and all the food. It was a night to remember. The cook and chef were great and everything was delicious. I really enjoyed watching them cook as they prepared the evenings meals. The flames danced, sparks flew and the smells of the night swirled about the bar. I didn’t take pictures of everything, so now I’m kicking myself. Note: We have had several multi course meals over the years but this is so far the best we have had the honor of experiencing in the US. If you have not had the pleasure of dining at Miller’s Guild get it on your “to do” schedule. You will be happy you did. We will go again, I’m thankful Seattle is only a 20 min drive.

We had the pleasure of being back on their first night re-opened- SO GOOD!!
I had the half chicken and it was tender and juicy and the spices were just right. The brussel sprouts were really great too- i like the addition of the grapes in this dish- unexpected and refreshing.
I cannot wait to try a steak next time!

Wow! Great service, great decor, really interesting and tasty food, very clean, very friendly.
Prices are high (if not during happy hour) - so be prepared, but it's worth it!
Take a look at those photos. These people care about what they do.
We came as a party of 6 for a celebration and they were super accommodating.

We walked in at lunch (12:15ish) and the host asked if we had reservations. We didn't, so they put us at "the fire bar", giving us a front row seat watching the open fire grill masters. Wow! The atmosphere was great. The food and service was excellent. The fried brussel sprouts were amazing, as was the Burger. Highly recommended establishment.

Absolutely the best meal we had on our recent trip to Seattle. Staff is delightful and perfect. Food was spectacular. Best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Old fashioned was on pointe! Brussels sprouts were Devine. The sauces they use are really special. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for brunch on a Saturday prior to the theatre. Very good quality food and well presented in a beautifully modern setting. Possibly one of the best bloody Mary's I've had in town too. Easy parking across the street or from 8th and Olive. I'm told it's one of the best burgers in the area so I'll be back for that !

I was invited here for a business meeting and I am so thankful I was because I got to have the greatest tasting steak I have ever eaten in my life. We ordered several appetizers that were all excellent. Crab Cakes and Wings really stood out. Once the 57oz Steak arrived on the table, oh my, I was just blown away, I have never tasted a steak so perfect. The staff was accommodating and the location was great. I imagine the price was high but I was lucky enough to be treated so I have no idea :)

This restaurant is top notch! The Tomahawk was like nothing I've had before. Amazing octopus, the Brussels sprouts were delicious and the King Salmon was wonderful. Space is beautiful!

One of our favorite local places, especially the happy hour where you can get some great deals like the steak frites and a nice glass of wine for a great price. Another nice touch is they have a real wood firepit in the middle of the kitchen to give the food a nice smokey flavor. Definitely check it out!

Wonderful bar and restaurant with fabulous atmosphere and great food and wine choices
High end food and a bit pricy but worth it
We chose A wonderful cheese board to start; burnt brussel sprouts; grilled Romaine salad with crab and a augraten potato dish that was amazing!

I’m from hospitality and always been a foodie, from start to finish this restaurant by far exceeded expectations. From a champagne greeting to celebrate our anniversary, to a steak tartare that even my 4year old devoured and ended with a Bavette steak that melted in my mouth and lastly a server with class Thank you for the memories

Great place! I highly suggest anything from the "inferno". Wood fire grilled, bone-in pork chop was nothing short of spectacular. The sides were equally as good. Definitely try the beef fat fries.

Food was great, server was great. 20% service fee (not gratuity) added on top of the menu prices. Then add 9.6% sales tax... kinda slimy to add the service charge rather than just changing their menu. Blatant attempt to restrict information to consumers and adjust the market in their favor.

Excellent food! We ordered the steak, the salmon and mac and cheese- everything was cooked to perfection. The specialty drinks were a nice touch as well!

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the wood-smoke smell of this restaurant. This is a very comforting way to start.
The food here is great. The steaks are a bit pricey, but worth the expense.

Excellent service and perfectly prepared food. Upscale vibe. Outstanding wine list featuring some of the Northwest's top-rated wines.

Enjoyed the food and drink. The meat was cooked a bit more than how I wanted. The day was a crowded night so the noise made it difficult to have a conversation with my colleagues.

Tonight we are celebrating our friendship with an elegant Sunday Butcher's Block Dinner at Miller's Guild in Downtown Seattle. Miller's Guild is known for their grilled meat and fish and also have wonderful vegetarian selections too!
We highly recommend Miller's Guild for their excellent service and wonderful food!

I have not had a more beautiful, folded corner, delectable, thoughtful, restaurant experience such as the Miller's Guild since the French Laundry. Don't get me wrong, the two restaurants are very different experiences, but Jason's Guild executed on all fronts, while not being pretentious nor inaccessible. Jennifer was like a welcoming warm pillow, the wait staff was knowledgable and perfectly timed, the restaurant layout, design, and ambiance was ideal and exciting. The food was beyond perfect. Fois gras, filet, New York, grilled vegetables, mash, mushrooms: dishes that I've had routinely seemed to have introduced themselves as if I have been experiencing them incorrectly.
Does that even make sense?
Saying that the Guild is epic is simply an understatement. Do yourself a favor, reintroduce your palette to food at Miller's Guild. Be careful, you may find yourself confronted with the notion that eating anywhere else is not an option.

Amazing service and the 28 day dry rubbed New York was mouth watering !!!!

We only had 2 nights in Seattle and we ate here 3 times!! The nicest steak and sides I have had in years. We sat 'up the front' and Chef Dan made it a very personal experience for us, rest of the staff were awesome as well. Absolutely loved it 👍🏻

If you are going to be a server, try talking to the people sitting at the table!!

This place is awesome. My husband and I have tried different dishes each time we've come here, and nothing has disappointed us. The steaks, chicken, short ribs, burger are all wonderful. The whiskey cake --wow! The food is wonderful and the service is always great, too. I can recommend it strongly for dinner and brunch.

Had a great time at Miller's Guild at Happy Hour on Saturday night! Our bartender, Cam, was very friendly and efficient. Larry, the restaurant manager, made us feel welcomed and special! Will definitely return!!
