I had a wonderful dining experience at FlintCreek Cattle Co. The ambiance was both sophisticated and inviting, setting the tone for an exceptional meal. The highlight was the seafood - so fresh that we ordered a second round! Each dish showcased the natural flavors and quality of the ingredients. The meats were tender and flavorful, and the desserts were both visually appealing and delicious. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The drinks were perfectly paired with our meal, enhancing the overall experience. FlintCreek Cattle Co is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fresh seafood, expertly cooked meats, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

Exceptional service and here is why: I deal with some hard eating restrictions. Can’t have solid food. So I was apprehensive when my friends and I planned to eat at a place where soup didn’t seem to be an option. I tend to go through a bit of awkwardness when I explain to a server why my order is going to be odd, but this place made me feel so at ease. Our server went above and beyond, talking to the chef and allowing me to order small bowls of their various sauces and purées. Since I had the privilege of tasting sauces from various dishes, I had the rare opportunity to see just how versatile and exceptional their food was. It seems to be a place where—no matter what you order—you’re going to get some solid depth of flavor. Great vibe; great food; and really outstanding service.

The Moses lake brined pork chop was perfectly cooked, and packed layer after layer of flavor. Go with a group and make sure one of you orders this... no regrets. The seasonal squash dish was also delightful.

A lot of steak places do a great job on cooking steak but the other items on the menu are more of an afterthought for guests who got dragged along. FlintCreek not only makes a great steak but they have a lot of awesome non-beef items on free menu that they put just as much care and passion into. Great restaurant, reservations strongly recommended.

Grabbed a quiet dinner at Flint Creek on a Sunday evening. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, open kitchen, solid bar space, dining areas upstairs, cozy spots yucked under the upper balcony and tables along the windows looking out onto the street. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the serving team worked well together to clear dishes and bring drinks. Courtney was a great server, attentive, friendly and conversationally engaged, and provided some great recommendations throughout the meal. The cocktail program here looks great and the True Grit was a really well balanced Mezcal cocktail. The duck salad was an awesome recommendation as a starter, lots of flavor, with the daikon, cabbage, and Papaya complementing the tender duck. The dry aged New York was excellent, perfectly cooked and the butter offering a great rich flavor to the char. The grits were a phenomenal side, cheesy, creamy, and the addition of mushrooms was outstanding. The GL Woodward Canyon Cab was a fantastic wine by the glass to complement the main course. I was feeling pretty full and going to skip dessert, but Courtney sold me on the Bourbon Peach Crumble, served in a small cast iron dish, hot, sweet, accompanied by some delicious vanilla ice cream. Highly recommend FlintCreek. Like many steakhouses, it would be a great group spot to try multiple sides alongside the fantastic cuts of meat, but will not disappoint either way.

This is so far the best dinning experience we had in Seattle, they did an amazing job from food to service. It might be selfish to say, but I don’t want them to have a Michelin star even though they truly deserve it. Because right now everything is just perfectly not pretentious. Our all-time favorite is the wild boar Gnocchi, the aged tomahawk is impressive as well, but would prefer a touch more cooked to my liking. All the small plates are same delicious. Plus they have a very attractive happy hour menu for food & drinks, will definitely try it next time.

Took a good friend here to “get her away” for the evening. FlintCreek Cattle did not disappoint. We shared the 12 oz Prime, Lamb & Marjoram Sausage, Brussels Sprouts, Pommes Dauphinoise and the Sea Wolf Sour Dough bread and several Martinis! We had a very fun table upstairs overlooking the lower level, including the kitchen and bar. The rainy night was perfect! Can’t wait to go back with my husband.

Great place to share plates because you’ll want to try everything. The duck salad and boar shoulder ragu were our favorites. Salmon was fresh caught and local. Delicious cocktails — I had the True Grit featuring some smokey mezcal. Our waiter was awesome and came with the world class banter. It does get LOUD when it’s full, just a heads up for the folks who are hard of hearing.

Came in with high expectations and perhaps they were a little inflated. With regards to food, a few of the dishes were standouts - prosciutto burrata appetizer was the best thing we had all night. Scallops entree was good and the spring asparagus side. Dessert was also excellent A few things disappointed - bread was cold, I would have thought for $7 they would serve warm bread. Pomme Daphinoise which some people raved about was just okay, worse than a standard issue potatoes au gratin. Wild boar gnocchi was too salty. Delmonico cut steak was unevenly cooked - asked for medium rare and got medium well in parts. For beverages, we had one bottle of the Washington Cab Franc and thought that was a great value. Service was friendly and well paced.
