I have been to this place 4 times now and they never fail to impress. The delicate combination of flavors in every dish are so tantalizing to the taste buds that it sends chills up my spine on certain courses. This place is well worth the money, has excellent service, and is all around a fantastic experience. I see some negative reviews on here, and to be honest, I really don't understand any of them. Vegan or not, this all vegan restaurant is a must try for anyone looking for an interesting new experience of flavors. The seasonal menus also do a phenomenal job of capturing the taste of each season.

Phenomenal dinner. Possibly the best plant based fine dining I have had the pleasure of eating. Staff were so kind. Perfect mix of casual and formal - dishes were served to the entire restaurant party style. Non alcoholic pairing was a highlight - as someone who doesnt enjoy drinking it was great to enjoy handmade juices/elixirs that accentuated each meal. I loved that everything was sourced locally. The entire dining experience felt transparent, homey, and welcoming. Sitting by the kitchen and watching Jonathan work his magic was awesome. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and the food was perfect. The alcohol was great for the pairings, somewhere between a tasting pour and a full pour, which was just the right amount. The spanakopita was to die for. 12/10

I came with very high expectations for this place given the reviews, the pricing, and my liking for creative vegan cuisine. Unfortunately, I was left slightly disappointed with the food's taste. Granted, all the food was really good. However, with the exception of the corn chowder which was excellent, I was not very impressed by the menu. For example, the salad and the whole 4th course were just fine for my taste. The vibes, music, staff and service are all excellent. It is a great venue for a special occasion, and it was very sweet of them to bring a candle with the dessert. Given the steep price, I'd probably rather go to a different place next time. That being said, a new menu might be better...

Best vegan place for special occasions. Yes, it could seem a bit pricey, but the food, service, ambience, and the overall experience was worth every penny. Enjoyed every single item on our plates. The food surpassed the drinks (we opted for non-alcoholic pairing). Because we had reserved a table for our anniversary, they brought the desserts with candles which was a sweet touch to our special evening. :) I'd recommend this place.

I’m visiting from Minneapolis, and my foodie friend suggested we try Harvest Beat. I’m a vegetarian, and I don’t drink alcohol, so I was excited to try a fully plant-based meal with mocktail pairings. It sounded right up my alley. The experience was overall solid, though I must say that I felt like I was in the “Farm” episode of Portlandia (if you know you know…) The chef took us on a verbal journey of the menu in such detail that it became a little excessive. They told us how each element was painstakingly prepared and where each ingredient was sourced. I love the pageantry of fine dining, but I found myself to be rolling my eyes by the end. The ambiance was both elegant and eclectic. I like that you’re able to choose your own table. I didn’t like the semi-chaotic and uncoordinated art adorning the walls. However, I will concede that the choices were bold and unique. The dinner playlist was excellent- lots of manu chao, r&b, and salsa. It really kept the energy buzzing. The highlights were the 1st and 3rd courses - the onion soup and the porcini mushroom confit. The onion soup was creamy and the flavor was complex. The porcini mushrooms were cooked to perfection, and this is the first time I genuinely enjoyed eating mushrooms on their own. Each bite was heaven. The mushrooms were paired with fun and balanced assortment of flavors and textures. The pesto and eggplant mousse were especially divine. The low points were the 4th course mocktail pairing and the texture of the 4th course dish - a savory Bloody Mary-type elixir and a squash lasagna respectively. The elixir was too savory for my liking, and the lasagna tasted excellent, but it was just a little too soft. It wouldn’t benefited from a bit of crunch. Also, to be honest, while each mocktail tasted fresh, they didn’t have much depth of flavor, and they left me wanting more. Overall, the meal was satisfying, and I left the restaurant feeling full (though my stomach was a bit upset). The dining experience cost $164 per person with tip, and I just don’t know if the quality of the food and drinks justified such a steep price. For that price, I want to be absolutely blown away by each and every item I consume. If nothing else, I really appreciated the originality of the concept, and I can’t say I’ve ever had an experience quite like this.

Unique Vegan WFPB experience! The creativity and care given to each course was amazing! Each course had unique flavors building to main course and dessert. Not only was it appealing to the palate but alluring to the eye! Excellent must try even if you are not vegan! We are vegan though and never have had this type of experience! Look forward to coming again when we are back to visit!
