My friend and I had dinner here before walking to the Paramount Theatre for a show. The food was great! We ordered drinks, bread, eggplant starter, simple green salad, the chicken, and the halibut. Everything was perfectly cooked, tender, and tasted good. The staff was also very friendly. We told our server about the show and he made sure our food was cooked in a timely manner. I’d happily return to Andaluca for dinner again!
The service provided by the gentleman, was as good as the dish! The best, most creative rendition of lox on toast that I have had. The ricotta was a revelation. The jammy hard oiled eggs perfect. Giant YUM.
Great Mediterranean place - upscale and really high on service quality. Halibut was super delicious and the carrot and radish sauce just went so well with the Halibut. Apart from that the roasted egg plant served with peanut sauce was another interesting idea. I kind of actually liked it.
I've passed by here for years and mentally had written it off as another likely uninspired hotel restaurant. I was quite happy to be proven wrong. I was in the mood for pancakes and we swung by here for breakfast and I must say that everything was great. The pancakes with the pear, ginger, and cardamom was far from uninspired; they were delicious and distinctive. My wife very much enjoyed her yogurt and granola, and all the fruit was very flavorful.
The ambience was very pretty and elegant. And service was great as well.
We will definitely keep this place on the top of our minds for breakfast going forward. I'm eager to try the waffle next time.
I found this place when looking for a Valentine’s dinner place. They are located right next to the Westlake Center in the Mayflower hotel. I have been living in Seattle for almost 2 decades but never been here, so we had to try it out.
It's a cozy place with a romantic atmosphere, and we had their 3 course Valentine’s dinner. Very well executed and very generous portions, our main was grilled char and roasted duck breast. We tried to finish the desserts, but even though those were delicious (especially the liquid chocolate cake), we were really full at the end.
Great if you are looking to find a place with a classic atmosphere. There's a parking garage in the building which is another positive.
Everything was perfect. from the complimentary valet parking to the post-WW II dark wooden interior We had Thanksgiving dinner here and the service was just excellent. Attentive, but not pushy or robotic. For a hotel restaurant, prices were reasonable. Best part of our experience was the welcoming notice at the bottom of a real menu asking us not to use electronic devices or cell phones. Everyplace should have such a polite request highlighted. I live here but we seldom frequent hotel restaurants.
We ate here twice while in Seattle. The restaurant is cozy and quiet, elegant but also welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious. I had the eggs Benedict one day and the bread pudding French toast the next. I would definitely visit again if I’m ever in Seattle again.
This is our go to restaurant for breakfast in Seattle, even if we aren't staying at the hotel, we have our breakfast here. (The hotel is one of the best in Seattle and my favorite).
The food and the service is outstanding , we especially like the lox on Rye with a salad, and the eggs Benedict. The Quinoa-Oats is excellent and don't forget the side of very good quality bacon! The coffee is delicious and strong and they never leave your cup empty!
If you're staying at the Mayflower Park Hotel, this place is a must try. It's a must try in general. The booth was super comfy and private, and the ambiance of the restaurant was fancy. We had a very kind waiter who made sure our order was correct. He also gave us a birthday discount which was a very nice gesture. We both got the all American breakfast. It did take a while for the good to come out (probably because they do room service for the whole hotel) but it was worth the wait. The eggs were fresh and delicious, the potatoes were well seasoned, and they have the best VEGAN sausage in existence (better than some real sausage at other breakfast places). I will say that I should have asked for my food to be cooked crispy / well done. It's a personal preference and I'm sure they would have accommodated. My bacon was on the chewy side and the potatoes were a little soft. Completely fine taste wise; just a texture thing for me. My wife loved her all American breakfast too. Decent coffee, piping hot. The berry compote/jam was free and divine. I was tempted to ask if it was available for purchase to take some home. Not the biggest variety on menu but everyone is made in house so you have to respect the quality of the food. Will come back if we are in Seattle for breakfast!
Turkish waffle is pretty good. Also had the eggs benedict, they were OK, not fantastic as the other reviewers said.
