Very nice ambiance and spacious restaurant. Sour dough Pasta is amazing! Enough Vegetarian and Vegan options. Parking near the place will be a challenge.

Now That’s What I Call A Burger 🍔🔥 I was looking for a bite to eat when I landed in Seattle and boy did I find one! Von’s 1000 Spirits is an American restaurant with an all scratch kitchen specializing in Seattle Sourdough & the largest collection of fine spirits in the city 🌃 We each ordered a burger and were highly impressed. The bun was soft and fluffy, patties homemade, and reminded me of mom & pop shop burgers I would eat as a kid in Pasadena (Lucky Burgers, anyone?) The waiters were all extremely nice and the place was packed! However the vibe still felt intimate. Here are the two types of sandwiches we ordered ⬇️ 🍔 Double Smashed American Burger - two prime beef patties, American cheese, caramelized onions, packed dills, lettuce, and some magical sauce 🍔 Seattle Classic - beef patties, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, packer dills, peppered brown sugar bacon, cheddar, and that magical sauce again SAVE this post for the next time you’re craving a burger and in the city known for Starbucks & the Seahawks ✨

Cute spot near Pikes place. The pork fries were amazing and the pasta was delicious. My burger felt a little bland, but over all not bad. Personally, I prefer the Woodinville location, but this is still a good spot if you want classic American cuisine in Seattle!

The restaurant is gorgeous, and the energy is incredible. You can tell that there is so much thought into every detail of the place. The drinks are fun and the staff was welcoming. We got the braised pork mac and cheese. The dish was barely warm and the meat had no flavor. Very dry. The pasta was good. Overall flavor, lacking. The calamari had a lot of flavor, the rings were a bit on the rubbery side but really tasty. Dipping sauce with the calamari was yummy. Dish was lukewarm as well. The proper gems salad could have used more ingredients but really light and refreshing. It hit the spot. We got the burrata spread and sourdough bread with pesto to go. We took it next door for trivia night at northwest spirits. Absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back and try the pizza and burgers.

Loved the food, loved the atmosphere, especially loved the fact that it was one of the few restaurants in the area that is open past 6pm (nothing something we expected for a large city, stressing about finding a place to have an early dinner!). We tried the 3 Housecrafted Sourdough Pasta: the Bobbee's "All Day" Bolognese, King Salmon, Tellicherry Chicken and Smoked Gouda. Also tried the Caesar salad. Why isn't salmon pasta a thing everywhere??? We ate every bite and even went twice. I can't believe I have to wait until the next time I visit Seattle to have Salmon pasta again.

Nice place for a fun time with friends or a first date. Had a couple of mezcal based cocktails and they were good. Their house made pasta along with chicken wings are something I will recommend. Usually prefer to have a reservation but we got a table within 10 minutes without any on a Sunday evening

Lots of fun! Went during happy hour and had the Pork Confit fries... YUM! I can't remember what cocktail I had, but I remember it was good and then a couple of us shared a Death Shot... Presentation was awesome. Overall, it added to my visit to Seattle!!

The King Salmon pasta is hands down the best food I've eaten in a long time. Each bite makes you say "mhmm" and melt into your chair a little more. The apple strudel for dessert makes my mouth water just remembering it. The quality of the food here is excellent!

We loved our dinner at Von’s! The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious! The mac & cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had. We loved our visit so much we came back a second time to try the pizza. The sourdough pizza and Burrata Spread with Sourdough Baguette were excellent!

We asked a friend for some recommendations of where to eat in Seattle, as we were visiting for a few days. Von's 1000 spirits was on her list and she had said "everyone loved what they ordered there". I'm happy to say we did too! We ordered: CHAMPAGNE MANGO MARGARITA -- this was delicious! Both my husband and I found it refreshing and not overly sweet. The tajin on the rim was a nice touch. PORK CONFIT FRIES-- a little on the salty side but the fries were crisp and the pork was tender. With a glass of beer and my margarita to help balance out the saltiness, this was a good starter. TELLICHERRY CHICKEN AND SMOKED GOUDA--this came highly recommended. I'm glad I took my friends advice and ordered this because it's one of the tastiest pasta dishes I've had. The sourdough pasta was unique and the sauce was not drowning it or overpowering the flavor. It was just right. This was a lot of food and can easily be shared. SEATTLE STEW-- my husband said this dish reminded him of cioppino, I did too. They did a good job not over cooking the fish and the broth was fantastic. The vibe here was very chill. I could see friends coming here to hang out and have a couple drinks. Our service was great, though the hostess could've been nicer and more welcoming. Overall, a great meal for our first night in Seattle.
