Silver Tide Bar & Grill

Have only had the food as room service and it still knocks a lot of restaurants out of the park. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for as far as quality. I've had the salmon main three times (we have a long stay in the hotel, ok) and it's a large portion of fish and more green beans than potatoes, and every single element is perfectly cooked and seasoned every single time. Their French dip is exactly as it should be, and they must have some kind of french fry wizard back there because the fries are phenomenal. Even as takeout, each dish is plated nicely and desserts all include the decorative sauces/garnishes.

The two times we ate there in person, the food was hot and really good for a hotel restaurant. We would definitely eat here again. The servers were both very attentive and upbeat. I like their BBQ sauce, nice smoky flavor. We did get room service once and it was a bit disappointing. If possible, I'd pick up or eat in the restaurant.
