Very good find. The staff were incredibly friendly, taking time to talk to my children and even give them a present.
The blue cheese burger was DELICIOUS. I didn't get to try anything on tap, but the homemade root beer was excellent too.
The decor and atmosphere is very cool. An old jail, with some artful decor using the old jail doors.
We're heading back soon, hoping to check out the roof patio in the summer.

Amazing menu for anyone with food allergies! The owner has an entire book of all ingredients of the menu items, batters, sauces! My dreams came true! I am gluten free, dairy free, egg free and I had fish and chips with tarter sauce. It was delicious and priced right. My family was also impressed with their pulled park and cheeseburgers.
We visit Seaside often and we stop here every time! I wish all restaurants were able to cater their menu to food allergies like seaside brewing. It is a treasure and I am so thankful for their awesomeness!!

Awesome food & Brew! Pulled pork & brisket sandwiches the meat tender & moist the bun was super soft melted in your mouth The salted caramel taste in the stout beer was outstanding. Well worth the trip. The building full of historical fun.

While vacationing in Seaside, we liked this place so much that we went two days in a row. On our second trip we chatted with the owner and he gave us so much interesting history on the building. We had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, they were SO good, as were the sides and of course, the beer!
The building was a jail, take some time to walk around and check it out. Five star everything- food, beer, service, and atmosphere.

We live in the area but have never stopped here. The experience was amazing! We stopped in at 7 on a Friday night, and the crowd was winding down, so we were able to find a seat pretty easily (seat yourself and order at the bar setup, we chose a seat upstairs on the patio). The staff was all very polite, from the time we entered, to ordering, paying, and serving us - it was really refreshing and awesome! A small, but full, beer selection that everyone should find the type they prefer. The menu was also a little small, but like the beer selection, has something for almost everyone (my wife is vegan and found plenty to eat). This was a great visit and we will definitely be back!

Best impossible burger I have ever had in my life. We were in Seaside visiting my son. Me and my two granddaughters all three got veggie burgers. They were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. I wish I could give them a 10. Great service great food. Great atmosphere. All around a 10.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. And even though,substituting a beef patty with chicken was not mentioned on the menu,they gladly accommodated my dietary needs. We ordered smoked burgers which were delicious and had a smoke flavour to them as their name implied. The food arrived within 15min. Also,they are dog friendly. We had our Aussie with us and they gave her a biscuit and a bowl of water,which was highly appreciated. We'll definitely go there again next time we are in Seaside.
