Worst zaxbys I've ever been too. Today I learned that you dont get a small, medium, or large... you get 3-5 ozs.... so when your large fry is only half of the container it comes in, dont bother asking for more bc they weighed them be sure you got 5oz of fries... and definitely no more. The last time I came here, about 3 months ago approximately, I ordered some fried mushrooms, had to turn around and go right back because they were still frozen, even though the outside was dark brown and over crunchy. Not sure how often they clean their fryers and change the oil but I can promise you it's not very often. And if that wasnt all awesome enough the time prior to that my wife came through and was treated absolutely horribly but the window employee, bad enough that she filed a complaint with the manager and he in fact told her this was not that girls first complaint. He did let her go shortly thereafter. Zaxbys is probably my favorite fast food chicken, so it really sucks that the one in my town is the most horribly managed franchise I've ever been too, hands down the worst.

Well we were taking food to my son's family and we ordered about $50 worth of chicken fingers. When we got to the window they had only heard 2 orders of a side when we had ordered 3. Instead of just getting that order and letting us pay...they entered it into their system. We had to wait for almost 25 minutes to get that one side order. Needless to say our main order was cold by the time we got it! Had the side not been for one of the grandkids I would have left! Probably won't go back for awhile!
