I’ve been wanting to come here for almost a year. Today was the day and I’m so glad we did! We ate inside near the backside windows. Seating was comfortable and so was the temp. Not too cold or hot. Our server was also one of the chefs there. So it was nice to get some food recommendations catered to what we told him we liked. We ordered for 7 people. The Strawberry Gimlet was smooth and hit the spot. Their Bloody Mary original flavor was really good. My husband had the smoked Old Fashion and he said it was even better than the one he gets at his favorite distillery in Austin. Tacos were a perfect flavor. I am so coming back on Tuesday for that taco flight! Shrimp Poboys were flavorful and they made one without the bun for my picky eater. She devoured it all. Backyard burger had an interesting fun taste. Kids menu items were good quality chicken and they didn’t skimp on the portions either. We played some cornhole on the way out in the back, so that was fun for the kids before the drive home. Overall it’s a great place with quality food and service. Bonus we got a heart shaped fried pickle with our appetizer! Very cool!
Hubby and I ate brunch here on a Sunday. A waiter came to get our drink order pretty quickly and brought our drinks out quickly. Got our food order quickly, but after that, there wasn't much service. I dont remember anyone coming by to ask how the food was. We had to ask the food runner for refills because our drinks had been empty a while. But everyone was very friendly. We ordered a bloody mary flight and it was delicious and worth the 24 bucks. I think one was bbq, 1 was spicy, 1 had garlic, 1 was regular (I think. They weren't labeled and Noone told us so I'm going off what I tasted) we thought the food was pretty good. The potatoes could've been cooked a little longer. A little bit pricey for the amount you get in my opinion. I would like to go back and try the lunch/dinner menu. Hoping servers are Normally more attentive.
Cutest place to eat in Seabrook. Inside seating is available but I recommend their super cute patio spot! Just tried their brunch for the first time and 🤤. If you like bloody Mary’s, you’ll love the flight of them. The spicy one and meat lovers one are soo good. Highly recommend! Dog friendly too!! There mac and cheese is also amazing.

We decided to check out brunch here today. Inside is welcoming southern farmhouse feel. Large outdoor area for kids to play, they also have a deck that is 21 & up only. It was hot, so we opted for inside dining. We were a little disappointed they don't serve their mac & cheese or wings during brunch hours. We wanted to try both. (Not even the kids, Mac)!
My hubs ordered their old fashioned he said it was okay. I opted for their bloody mary sampler. It was bigger than I expected & delicious! I enjoyed 3/4. My fav was the spicy one! We started with fried pork belly bites. They were crispy. I think if they were evenly sliced, they would be better & allow for more even cook. My hubs had their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The mix they put on to make it spicy is 🔥! It was a little odd that it was a dry mix on top & not tossed. It was too spicy for my hubs. Chicken breast was small. He said his fries were good. I enjoyed the backyard omelet. The steak & veggies inside were sautéed well & perfectly cooked. My grits were okay. I'm more of a cheesy grits gal. Service was friendly & efficient. We would like to return for their mac & wings!

We decided to be adventurous and try something other than our usual go-to's for an early Friday night dinner. Tucked away just a few blocks off of 146 in Seabrook is this hidden gem, The Backyard.
We sat in the back room near the kitchen due to a private event that was coming in later. While it would have been a little too hot to sit outside in the yard, we hope to come back when the weather is cooler to enjoy this space as it has an extremely relaxing and inviting vibe!
We started with the fried pickles (pretty standard FP) and the pork belly bites WOW, the pork belly was spectacular!
We had our two kids with us, and the oldest ordered a bacon cheese burger, and the youngest had a kids burger. The bacon cheese burger was juicy and full of great flavor. The kids burger was fine, a little small, but it was cooked well for a kids burger!
My mom ordered the brisket baked potato, and it did not disappoint. My husband had the wings and tacos, also delicious.
I had The Backyard burger, a unique but extremely enjoyable and satisfying combination of flavors!!

Seen this restaurant came across my Facebook page. So my husband and I and another couple decided to go for Sunday brunch, best decision we've ever made. The pork belly bites are to die for😋. The eggs benedict where amazing and the omelet was cook was perfectly cooked. The bloody Mary fight off was so much fun and so was the Mimosa simpler. It was also nice to find a place that served an amazing espresso martini. The Backyard has become our new brunch place. We can't wait for the weather to turn cooler to be able to enjoy the patio. Thank you to the owners and staff that were so friendly and welcoming
Food was AMAZING but the service was slow and not good at all. I ordered the friend pickles and pork belly bites and omg! Phenomenal! An the portions are massive. The mimosa flights were good, sad that the max and cheese is not available during the daytime. I will be back and hope to have better service so I can add bump the review to 5 stars. Seriously, if you have time and aren’t in a hurry, the food is so worth the wait!
Everything we had was amazing. We sat outside, the service was top notch, everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved it.
Absolutely amazing place! Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fantastic, drinks were fantastic, service was fantastic! We had some running around to do and have a new puppy so we needed a dog friendly spot. We didn't want something that was just an umbrella table on the sidewalk. We ate at 2pm, when it was 95 degrees outside and the patio was great! We didn't break a sweat, the server brought us water for the pup and the fan on our table was the perfect touch. My husband and I chatted the entire time about how we need a spot like this closer to home (Mont Belvieu) and it would absolutely be our regular spot.
We had the Elote mac and cheese and boneless wings in Buffalo and Honey Burboun. All of it was to die for. I'm not even a Mac and cheese fan and this stuff was awesome! I hope we can make the trek down here more often!
There’s so much to love about this place. The food was delicious! The porch is quaint and comfortable outside. Shelby our server was so nice to talk to. The chef came outside to greet us & our dog, and the bartender talked to us about the tasty ingredients in the Bloody Mary flight and brought our dog a big bowl of water which was thoughtful. My wife loved each of them! We can’t wait to check out this place in the evening soon.
