WOW- I'm Very pleased w/ over all treatment & service. Buisness was clean & comfortably cool w/ air conditioning, food was all fresh etc. The employee's were polite welcoming helpful & kind, even welcomed my emotional support Kitty🐈😻- delighted to see him! ☺️🤗 I look fwd to another visit @ this particular location next to the Giant off Greenridge st. in Scranton.😁

The man that attempted to make my sandwich was obviously new, okay not a problem. I asked for a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch, he didn't know what went on it and had to look. Couldn't cut the bread and barely put chicken on it. Another employee took it out of the oven shook her had and proceeded to give it to him to finish. She had to see that it wasn't right. I didn't day anything because I would never want to embarrass him. Honestly it's not his fault, he clearly needed help and to be shown the proper way. I cannot believe I spent 7 dollars on it. Won't be returning.

Normally the staff is very friendly but not today! I visited this location on 12/9/20 around 10 AM. I was the only one in the location so it wasn’t busy. The associate didn’t even say hello and was extremely rude to the point I almost left without ordering. She was extremely short and disconnected. Maybe having a bad day but I tried being nice throughout the entire visit but no effect on her. She was very short with her answers and you can tell she clearly didn’t want to be there. Sandwiches were great but service sucked.

I came with my friend after a workout, Dec 8th 1-1:20pm , and the two ladies working were very rude to us. They were impatient and clearly looked like they didn’t want us there and didn’t want to work. When I asked for my forgotten cup, she slammed it on the side table not even making eye contact. Very unprofessional. If you don’t want to work at subway assisting nice, paying customers then get a different job. Mind you my friend and I are Hispanic but we noticed to the other white customers they had a nice tone and were helpful.
