Panda Chinese Restaurant

Delivery time was stated 30 minutes, waited over an hour, ordered a quart of chicken w/ garlic sauce, it had a whopping total of 10 (including the small shreds) of chicken and now I have about a half a quart of garlic sauce, and about a fourth of a full stomach. First time. Last time. Not to mention they charged 14 dollars to my card, but the receipt I was given said 10 dollars... not sure about that. Be aware.

So disappointed in how we were treated tonight being that we order from them all of the time. Found a bug in our food tonight and called. The owner answered and first said she did not understand what I was trying to tell her. Then, she said “I think you’re confused” and continued to say that we hadn’t ordered from them through a menu app. Once we said we had proof and a receipt, she continued to say that there were mushrooms in the spring roll and they weren’t bugs. When I clarified again that we found a bug in another dish, not the spring roll, and I wanted a refund, she stated she was sending out the driver to come and check to see if it was actually a bug and hung up. Well it’s an hour later and they still haven’t shown. Way to treat loyal customers! We will never order from here again!

Months later you would think i would learn my lesson, but no. Order sweet and sour chicken, leave a note asking not to forget the sauce, and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce. This place is ridiculous. Then you call and get a rude woman who hangs up on you. Even though its good, i will never be ordering from here again.

Today was the first time I've ordered from Panda. (A recommendation from my friend) Delivery time was a bit long, however I ordered at 4pm (around dinner time) and still recieved in under an hour. The food was definitely worth the wait! Everything was fresh and delicious! Luckily, I ordered enough to have leftovers for later. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

This was the 2nd time ordering here, & I won't again after this experience!!! First time I ordered delivery and the food was just ok. Nothing special. Tried to put out for another delivery over 2 1/2 hours ago, & she could not understand my address I kept giving her. I literally had to keep yelling it in the phone along with the spelling several times. 2 hours later I get a very rude phone call. Same woman "They can't find you. I don't know what to tell you. We cancel." I repeated the address and she yelled at me saying I didn't give her that one! I'm LIVID. And they were here once before! Smh.

The order came in less then 10 Mins I ordered 12 baby shrimp with plain fried rice as far as the meals go now. It's good my fiance ordered plain lo mein and to quote her "it's alright a little spicy but good." I can personally say although the food is good I'd try and find another Chinese restaurant before eating here again.

Been here several times working in and around the metro Scranton region. Will "second" everyone else who'd rightly given them great reviews for their tasty food and being incredibly friendly, cordial people. Only drawback is locating a place to park in and around Adams and Mulberry, unless it's during "off peak" hours, or if you love living life "on foot" as I often do. In that case, what's really any different than visiting a favorite spot in Chinatown in Philly? If it's that good and you want it that much, you'll find a way to get there. I guess that can explain why I've been back "several times."
