The burger has a fast food style bun and is very soggy on the bottom. The burger patty itself is huge and cooked correctly. However it lacks flavor and seasoning. It almost feels like a steamed burger. No flame grilled flavor just very bland. They use spring mix instead of lettuce because ...well its that kinda place. The homemade chips that come with the meal are cooked perfect but I am not a fan of the mixed potatoes. But I am never really a fan of homemade chips. A homemade tortilla chip would be great!

If you have been curious about the wandering hen just keep on wandering up the street until you have reached the blue bistro!! It is THE BEST lunch spot in Scranton. Ive tried the jalapeno burger at the wandering hen and it was a bloody greasy bland mess but over at Blue Bee it is perfection!! The soups are amazing!!! I had to compare both locations because i feel they are very similar and close by but are worlds apart!!
